Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and depositing off the rubbish materials where directed.

Dismantling posts or struts(wood ,steel or RCC) of any section including all connected acessories taking out embedded concrete portion and making good disturbed ground with and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire of any description and in any positionwith and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chainlink fencing of any description and in any position with and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of unreiforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) with and including clear vegatation in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for disposing the rubbish to the out side of MD land with and including clear vegatation in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (Reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing unserviceable material exc 1500 mtr out side of MOD land complete all as directed as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as on platform, shelves, floors etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 cu.m, in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade (using 20 mm graded aggregated) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like,,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete, flat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, brick work with fly ash brick , straight or curved on plan, exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) as in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel works in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) as per IS 15911: 2010 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only in repair mild steel works in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc including cleaning to corruded reinforcement by mechanical means and to remove corrosion deposit and washing complete and applying one coat of rust removing chemical and anti rust coating (zinc) along its full circumference complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clipsand including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of shank 11 to 15mm, length of bolt exc. 5cm but n.exc.10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (two strand of line wire will be measured as one unit).

All as per item No-21 as above here in before but fixing only with and including new coach screws and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel chain link fence fabric of any mesh size made out of not less than 3.15 mm nominal dia of mesh wire conforming to IS 2712-2003 and having zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS-4826 including line wires/ binding complete all as specified and as directed(A Board of Officers under the orders of GE shall be convened to ascertain the weight per square metre of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing brought at site by the contractor against each lot of materials). Make Tata or equivalent make as approved by GE

Supply and fix for mild steel round bars Gde-I, IS 432 (Part-I), 10mm dia, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and securing to fencing post as in stiffners to GI chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repair for mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and securing to fencing post as in stiffners to GI chain link fencing including cleaning to corruded reinforcement by mechanical means and to remove corrosion deposit and washing complete and applying one coat of rust removing chemical and anti rust coating (zinc) along its full circumference complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, sub base, plinth protection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finshed surface without extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finshed surface without extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick machine cut granite tiles (any type) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with granite stone shade including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered ceramic tiles, coloured 12mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc.0.11 Sqm conforming to IS 4457-2007 as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. Materials and labour for exterior grade glazed ceramic coloured tiles, area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc.0.18 Sqm conforming to IS 4457-2007 , Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M30 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles chemically treated , cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 20 cm X 20 cm X 25 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, chajja, facia etc., finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Material and labour for preparing new surfaces of plastered or unplastered on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat primer,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel surface of any description, not otherwise described not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
