Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor cubicle feeder pillar type floor mounted compartmentalized motor control centre (MCC) panel made out of not less than 2.2 mm thick MS sheet connection inter-connection etc. as per CPWD specifications (Part IV & V).Providing and fixing following switch gears with cable entry boxes for both incoming and outgoing cables termination, glands, interconnection, connections powder coated painting, earthings ,including of all erection, Labelling of incoming and outgoing feeders, cable trench formation works & transport charges etc., as required. MCC panel consisting of A) 4 strip copper tinned bus bars of 200 A capacity, B) Incomer 4P, 200A, 50kA, Thermal Magnetic Release MCCB with extended rotary handle mechanism - 1No, C) 3.0 HP DOL starter with TPN MCCB with extended rotary handle mechanism – 6Nos, D) 1.0 HP starter with TPN MCCB with extended rotary handle mechanism – 1No, E) 12.5 HP star delta starter with TPN MCCB with extended rotary handle mechanism – 2Nos, F) 10.0 HP star delta starter with TPN MCCB with extended rotary handle mechanism – 2Nos, G) Multifunction meter class 1 -1No, H) 200A/5A Class A CT'S - 3Nos, I) 5A Backlite fuses - 3Nos, J) R,Y,B indicators-each 1 & ON & OFF Indication for each starters, K) Single phase preventer should be installed for all the starters, L) Toggle switch-3Nos with connections and wirings including panel erection etc. as required. Note: Scope of work includes installation of panel with necessary PCC foundation/Angle iron supporting structures. (Starter Make: L&T, ABB, Seimens or Equivalent)

Supply of 4Cx4.0 sqmm Copper armoured XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed UG CABLE with 1.1KV graded including excavation with 75CM depth and laying of DWC pipe with necessary end termination etc. as required. (Make: Havells, Polycab, Finolex or Equivalent)

Supplying & Fixing of 3 Hp Delivery 2”, 3 Phase 380 V , 1000 LPM at 6m Head, DOL starting method, ISI Submersible sewage cutter motor pump(Collection Tank) set 1400 RPM. (Make: Kirlosker, Texmo, CRI or Equivalent)

Installation charges including all erection materials like cable, nylon rope, rubber sheet, gland rope, flange, HDPE pipe and labour charges etc., complete

Supplying & Fixing of 10 Hp Delivery 2”, 3 Phase 380 V , 120 LPM at 95m Head, star delta starting method, ISI Submersible open well vertical type motor pump set ( Treated Tank) 2800 RPM. (Make: Kirlosker, Texmo, CRI or Equivalent)
