COMPREHENSIVE MAINT/REPAIR OF CENTRAL / PACKAGE/ CHILLER WATER AC PLANT AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Comprehensive maint and servicing of the following AC Plants complete including repair / replacement of defective unserviceable parts during maint period, necessary periodical maint / checking of AC Plants as per manufacturers instructions :- (i) Package type AC plant of capacity 7.5 TR (NTR) - 03 Nos (ii) Package type AC plant of capacity 17.5 TR (Himagiri) - 03 Nos (iii) Package type AC plant of capacity 8.5 TR (MSO) - 03 Nos (iv) Package type AC plant of capacity 17 TR (Sargam) - 03 Nos (v) Chilled water AC plant of capacity 11 TR (AMDR) - 03 Nos

Note for srl item No 1 above :- (a) The rate quoted shall deem to be included for the following repairs works :- (i) Checking and calibration of Microprocessor as and when reqd. (ii) Charging of refrigerant gas. (iii) Charging of compressor oil. (b) The rate quoted shall deem to be included general servicing of electrical and control panels and labour charge for replacement of motor starter, MCCB, MCBs, contactors, connectors, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Indicator lamp, Panel board rewiring with copper conductor of suitable size, and copper conductor for connection to motor from starter. (c) The rate quoted shall deem to be included general servicing of AC plants every month for smooth functioning of AC plant, cost of log books, maint register and other stationary. Record of checking shall be recorded in a register as per the instruction of Engr in Charge. (d) The rate quoted shall deem to be included cleaning of cooling tower minimum once in two months for the smooth functioning of all AC plant. (e) Material required for replacement shall be measured and paid under srl item Nos : 3 to 18 as 'supply only'.

Supply only condenser safety valve (self resetting type) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only DOL starter suitable up to 5 HP capacity pump motor / AHU motor / cooling tower motor complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T / Siemens / C&S or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only power contactor for star delta starter suitable for 15 to 20 HP compressor motor complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/ Siemens / C&S or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only overload relay, 20 - 32 Amps, direct mounting type complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/ ABB / Siemens or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only electronic Star-Delta timer, 160 - 500V, 3 - 30 sec complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/ ABB / Legrand or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only MCB, TP, AC, 415 volt of 32 Amp capacity "K" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand / Indo asian / Schneider or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only MCB, TP, AC, 415 volt of 63 Amp capacity "K" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand / Indo asian / Schneider or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only surface mounted LED phase indicator lamp assembly (RYB) set of three complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T / Schnieder / ABB or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only digital Voltmeter, 3 phase, 440 volt complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T / AE / Elmeasure or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only digital Ammeter, 3 phase, 440 volt complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T / AE / Elmeasure or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only no volt coil 440 volts complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/ ABB or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only refrigerant gas R 22 / 407 C complete all as specified and directed. Make : Mefron / Refron/ Fluron or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only compressor oil 68 grade complete all as specified and directed. Make : Servo/ BP/ HP or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only 'V' belt A - 30 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Poly F Plus / Dunlop / Fenner or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only 'V' belt A - 60 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fenner/ Poly F Plus / Dunlop or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only 'V' belt B - 77 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fenner / Poly F Plus / Dunlop or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for overhauling AHU of any capacity installed at INS Dronacharya including cleaning of cooling coils with diluted castic soda, cleaning filters, replace both end shaft bearing bolts, nuts and washers and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint to inside the AHU, greasing of AHU blower motor and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for overhauling of pump set up to 3 HP capacity including remetaling of shaft, replacing bush / bearing, gland packing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for overhauling of pump set 5 HP capacity including remetaling of shaft, replacing bush / bearing, gland packing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for descaling condensing unit without causing any damage including application of necessary chemicals and rubbing with nylon brush and replacement of gaskets suitable for 17.5 TR capacity complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for descaling condensing unit without causing any damage including application of necessary chemicals and rubbing with nylon brush and replacement of gaskets suitable for 7.5 to 11 TR capacity complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable motor of AHU / CT fan / Pump / Compressor up to 3 HP capacity, cutting out the existing burnt out fan motor winding, cleaning the motor slots, rewinding the motor with insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge, applying varnish to winding, baking / heating up the motor to achieve the proper insulation resistance and refixing after repair at its original position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 24 here-in-before but for 5 HP capacity motor of AHU / CT fan / Pump / Compressor complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 24 here-in-before but for 7.5 HP capacity motor of AHU/ CT fan / Pump / Compressor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix scroll type sealed compressor of 5.5 TR capacity, recharging of gas, pressure testing etc including taking down old unserviceable scroll type sealed compressor complete all as specified. Note :- Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately under BOQ srl item No 13. Make:- Kirloskar / copeland / Emerson / GMC / Carrier or equivalent as approved by GE.

All as per serial Item No 27 here-in-before but for 8.25 / 8.75 TR capacity compressor complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Kirloskar / copeland / Emerson / GMC / Carrier or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC fills of size 150x300x600 mm, with fine quality including clearing of old fills from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix plastic mesh heavy duty, mesh size 10 mm x 10mm for cooling tower with necessary securing arrangements and clearing of old mesh from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cooling tower fan, 4 bladed, 750 mm dia made out of aluminium and dynamically balanced complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Evaprov / GEM / Adva-tech / Jyothi cooling or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair cooling tower fan, 6 bladed, 1800 mm dia made out of aluminium and dynamically balanced complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Evaprov / GEM / Adva-tech / Jyothi cooling or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair cooling tower sprinkler, 50 mm with branch pipe assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Evaprov / GEM / Adva-tech / Jyothi cooling or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair of gun metal globe/gate valve 50mm bore (dia) with iron wheel head, ISI marked, screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking down/out unserviceable globe/gate valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installaion, testing and commissioning in repair of slim seal type cast iron butterfly valves, bronze/ gun metal seat of size 80 mm dia, PN 1.6, lever operated type with necessary flanges, nuts, rubber insertion gaskets, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installaion, testing and commissioning in repair of slim seal type cast iron butterfly valves, bronze/ gun metal seat of size 50 mm dia, PN 1.6, lever operated type with necessary flanges, nuts, rubber insertion gaskets, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of CPVC pipes, SDR 11, 40 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm conforming to IS-15778 with all CPVC fittings such as brass elbow ,Tee, bends, unions, sockets, Threaded Adoptor and end pieces etc to receive fittings and fixed with solvents fixed to walls / ceiling with all clamps in shafts/ducts with all necessary scaffolding to fix the pipes and testing the joints under prescribed pressure etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of CPVC pipes, SDR 11, 50 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm conforming to IS-15778 with all CPVC fittings such as brass elbow ,Tee, bends, unions ,sockets ,Threaded Adoptor and end pieces strainer etc to receive fittings and fixed with solvents fixed to walls / ceiling with all clamps in shafts/ducts with all necessary scaffolding to fix the pipes and testing the joints under prescribed pressure etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for overhauling and servicing of LT Panel boards outdoor/indoor of any sizes installed at various locations of AC plants by disconnecting from mains taking out burnt cable ends and reconnecting using necessary lugs, cable glands, gland plate, gaskets etc and application of necessary mechanical and electrical lubrication when and where complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for painting of entire AC Plant, pump sets, LT Panel boards, pipe lines installed at following locations, by scrapping out of rusted uneven surfaces and applying by spray painting two coats of paint of desired shade over a coat of mettallic primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge as under:-

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 415V 200 Amps TPN 25 kA thermal magnetic release with spreader terminals and incl making necessary connections, fixing to panel boards and ensure compatibility with existing MCCB in fit and finish complete incl taking down old unsv MCCB complete all as specified and directed to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. Make: Legrand DPX or equivalent from Siemens/Indoasian/Havells/L&T/ABB as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair of CPVC pipes, SDR 11, 75/80 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm conforming to IS-15778 with all CPVC fittings with such as brass elbow, Tee, bends, unions, sockets, Threaded Adoptor and end pieces strainer etc to receive fittings and fixed with solvents fixed to walls / ceiling with all clamps in shafts/ducts with all necessary scaffolding to fix the pipes and testing the joints under prescribed pressure etc complete all as specified and as directed.
