Fabrication, Dismantling and Erection of CS / SS pipe lines at various locations and other miscellaneous activities in Hyam and Utilities in PETRO Plants UC.

Fabrication of CS pipelines having different thickness with necessary fittings, valves, etc. for repair / replacement of damaged pipelines / installing new lines / modification / re-routing etc. of various pipelines in HYAM & UTILITIES area. Size of pipes up to and including 50 NB at all locations and elevations. The activity also includes painting of the fabricated pipe line with one coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer and two coats of acrylic aliphatic polyurethane finish paint / two coat of heat resistant aluminium paint after thorough cleaning.

Fabrication of CS pipelines having different thickness with necessary fittings, valves, etc. for repair /replacement of damaged pipelines / installing new lines / modification / re-routing etc. of various pipelines in HYAM & UTILITIES area. Size of pipes above 50 NB up to and including 350 NB at all locations and elevations. The activity also includes painting of the fabricated pipe line with one coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer and two coats of acrylic aliphatic polyurethane finish paint / two coat of heat resistant aluminium paint after thorough cleaning.

Fabrication and erection of Stainless steel pipelines for repair /replacement of damaged pipelines/ installing new lines/modification with valves & fittings/ re-routing of various pipelines, etc. having different thickness in HYAM & Utilities area – sizes of pipes up to and including 40 NB at all elevations and all locations. All joints shall be TIG welded and all joints shall be DP tested.

Fabrication and erection of SS pipelines having different thickness with necessary fittings, valves, etc. for repair / replacement of damaged pipelines / installing new lines / modification / re-routing etc. of various pipelines in HYAM & UTILITIES area. Size of pipes from 50 NB to 350 NB at all locations and elevations. All joints shall be TIG welded and radiography test should be done for 10% of joints. The rate for radiographic testing shall be quoted separately as per the schedule provided below.

Erection/ dismantling of CS/SS pipeline having different thickness with necessary pipe fittings, valves, etc. at all locations and elevations in HYAM & UTILITIES area. Sizes of pipes up to and including 350 NB.

Assistance for various mechanical works (In Man days of 8 hour shift) in different category such as millwright fitters, pipe fitters, riggers & IBR qualified welders according to the requirement for machinery repair, pipe line work & all type of rigging works in connection with the maintenance activities in Petro Plants.
