(b) Removing unserviceable hasp and stepple and S&F new hasp and stapple chromiun plated as directed by Engr in Charge. FD-1029/FD-562

(c ) Taking out unserviceable hinges S&F new hinges 75mm of reqd size as per drg. FD-1029/FD-562

(d) Taking out unserviceable legs S&F new legs made out of 1 mm MS sheet as per drg. FD-1029/FD-562

(e) Taking out unserviceabled shelves and S&F new shelve made out of 1mm MS sheet as per drawing. FD-1029/FD-562

(f) Taking out unserviceabled shutters and S&F new shutters made out of 1mm MS sheet as per drawing. FD-1029/562

(g) Taking out unserviceable conduit pipe and S&F new conduit pipe 20 mm dia of 1.6 mm thick MS CP as per drawing. FD-1029/562

2.0 Charpoy GI/IP with plywood top (a) Removing of unserviceable old plywood from charpoy tightening of loose components of (i.e. complete charpoy), S&F plywood of required size 12 mm thick BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS: 303 with mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of required size and suitable length. welded over the long rails. 14 Nos of semi circular top bolt of 6 mm dia 75 mm long and nut with steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top including drilling holes complete all as directed by engir - in charge. FD-220, FD/MAP-II/01/ similar pattern.

(b) Removing of unservicable long rail and S & F new long rail of GI trubing 32 mm bore medium grade (ISI marked) duly threaded both ends all as per drg. FD-220/Similar pattern

(c) Removing of old unserviceable short rail and making of 2 Nos short rails from long rails obtained from item No. 1 (b) and threading the both ends of short rails and fixing in position complete. FD-220

(d) Removing of old unserviceable legs and making of 2 Nos legs from short rails obtained from item No. 1 (c) and threading the both ends of legs and fixing in position complete. FD-220

(e) Removing of unserviceable 3 way elbow and S & F new GI elbow 32 mm dia ISI Marked as per drawing. FD-220

(f) Removing of unserviceable check nuts and S & F new 32 mm dia GI Check nut (thickness of check nuts shall not be less than 8 mm) all as per drawing. FD-220

(g) Removing of unserviceable Caps and S & F new 32 mm dia GI Caps ISI Marked welding to GI Legs all as per drawing. FD-220

(h) Removing old UNSV.flate iron of Charpoy GI pipe and providing safe stiffener of flate iron 900mmx25mmx5mm and duly painted with two coat black colour synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primeand directed by Engr in Charge FD-220

(j) Removing old UNSV. MS tube of Charpoy IP/MAP and providing safe stiffener of MS tube 900mmx 25mmx25mmx1.6 gagu eand duly painted with two coat black colour synthetic enamel paint over red oxide prime and directed by Engr in Charge FD/MAP/01

3.0 Chair dining (a) Replacement of unserviceable rail made of 1st class seasoned teak wood with suitable holes for caning duly French polished, as per drg. FD-279

(b) Replacement of unserviceable front legs made of 1st class seasoned teak wood duly french polished,as per drg. FD-279

(c) Replacement of unserviceable rear legs made of 1st class seasoned teak wood duly french polished, as per drg. FD-279

(d) Replacement of unserviceable stiffeners made of 1st class seasoned teak wood duly french polished, as per drg. FD-279

(e) Replacement of unserviceable back rest made of 1st class seasoned teak wood duly french polished, as per drg. FD-279

(f) Removing existing cane from chairs and including new cane 2 mm wide half round , as per drg. FD-279

(g) Replacement of unserviceable shoe with new PVC/hard rubber shoe complete all as directed by Engr in Charge. FD-279

Removing old polish dust dirt etc from entire surface of wooden furniture items by specified method, filling up holes cracks and patches with specified material preparing the surfaces smooth and clean and polishing the surfaces with french polish complete for following items:-
