Providing 02 Nos Store Helper service to Bagalkote Divisional store in O&M Circle, HESCOM, Bagalkote Jurisdiction on contract basis

The bidder shall upload documentary proof such as license issued by Department of Labour & the Agency shall comply with all the legal requirements of various Labour Laws, provident Fund Act, workmen compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI Act, with the respective Government/Central Government authorities and proof of such registration.Original OR Self attested copies to be uploaded.

Providing Men Power to the utility for Maintenance works in any of KPTCL/ ESCOMs/ Local Bodies/Any other Government Offices undertakings in any one of the Preceding three (3) years i.e. FY 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 Such works shall be in Successful Operation for a period of at least one year as on date of submission of bid. Necessary documentary evidence such as experience certificate issued by competent authority (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) along with DWA copies towards satisfactory completion of the services to be uploaded. Scanned copy of the supporting original Documents shall be uploaded. Bidder should furnish the EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE in this regard as per Annexure-1 and upload the same

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by KPTCL/any ESCOM/any Public utilities as on last date of submission of Techno commercial bid. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded in Annexure-2.

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution with HESCOM/ any ESCOMs. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded in Annexure-3.

The bidder should not have been defaulted/short closed due to non-performance in execution of works against the order placed by HESCOM/ESCOMs. Bidder should furnish the self-declaration in this regard in Annexure-4

The bidder shall offer the full tendered quantity of man power. If the offered quantity is less than the tendered quantity such offers will be liable for rejection. Self-declaration in this regard shall be uploaded in Annexure-5.

The Agency has to execute an consent letter for an agreement / tripartite agreement to abide by the terms and conditions in force in a Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500/- as per the bid format for a period of one year. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded in Annexure-7.

The Annual Financial Turnover of the bidder for the any one of the previous three finanical years i.e. FY 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 shall not be less than Rs.2.40 Lakhs. Scanned copy of the supporting original Documents issued by the Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded along with attested copies of Audited Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Income Tax return ITR-IV for three financial year (i.e. FY 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24).The Copies of Annual turnover certificate and audited balance sheet, profit and loss account duly mentioning the UDIN No and certified by Chartered Accountant. Documents without UDIN No will be liable for rejection.

The bidder shall furnish the Liquid assets and credit lines/letter of credit/certificate equal to Rs.1.20 Lakhs from any Nationalized/Scheduled public sector undertaking Banks for meeting the fund requirements in the name of the Superintending Engineer Elec., O & M Circle, HESCOM, Bagalkote of not older than 3 (Three) Months as on last date of submission of the bid. The said Credit Facility Certificate should possess the name of the firm and tender enquiry no. Scanned copy of the supporting original Documents as per Annexure-6.
