Printing Unit Registration Details. (copies of registration)

The printing unit must own Multicolour offset machine/ Digital Printing Machine/CTP

Submit duly certified copies of Pan card, GST Registration Certificates.

An undertaking of not subleasing the contracted work to others on E-stamp paper.

Self declaration for not been blacklisted by any State Govt. or Central Govt. Departments/ organizations

Achieved minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 8.00 Crores (Rupees Eight Crores only)in each of the last two financial years. The Bidder must submit audited financial statements for these years.

At least in one Financial year Printers should have satisfactorily carried out similar work i.e. printing work of booklets, folders., for any Government or semi-government department, Boards, Corporations, at a cost of 10 lakhs (Rs. Ten Lakh only). Mere work order issued shall not be treated as experience certificate

Provide duly attested copy of Income tax returns for the financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26

Provide duly attested copy of GST returns for the financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26
