Providing detailed layout plan of area in scale1:500 including carrying out contour survey and detailed engineering plane table survey with the help of 24' alidade. The dolomite area measurement of the plot and structures, trees, overhead line and under ground service amenities with in the area, with triangular method and giving details of the structures, such as total area, type of building and distance from all corner staking trial pit 0.5 x 0.5 x 2.00m.-2nos. per acre and collection of record from city survey /DILR authorities and authentication. The plan shall be traced on 75 micron polyester film and shall be submitted along with three ammonia prints. The contour levels shall be marked at 0.5 meter intervals. Note:-the items includes-1) traversing work with theodolite and steel tape.2) levelling grid work of the terrain. 3) Detailed engineering survey and contouring work of the terrain. 4) Plotting work. 5) Collection of record. Carrying out Electronic Total Station Survey of any land / plots / layouts / Nalla taking into consideration all land record like 7/12, CTS extract, approved / proposed layout boundries, land aquisition maps / TDR /FSI maps, approved / proposed building permissions of all S. No. /G. No. Boundaries, Layout Boundaries, Existing Road, / River / Nalla Boundaries, Trees, Poles,, electric lines, serwer lines, storm water lines, water supply lines, Ex. Structure and any other site information required by NMC. Preparing the GIS layered AutoCAD computer drawing with GPS co-ordinate system, in required size as per Sanctioned DP of NMC for submission, as per specifications mentioned in the detailed scope of work..... etc completed

Providing Assistance to land Acquisition, carrying out joint measurement survey from TILR/CTS office, preparing land acquisition proposal, Liosoning to SLO, TILR for NMC …etc completed

Fixing Ground Control Points (GCP) and their GPS co-ordinate in NMC area by Differential Global positioning System (DGPS) / Global navigation satellite system (GNSS) Receiver Machine, as directed by Engineer in charge, submission of data processed hard copy, as per specifications mentioned in the detailed scope of work .......etc completed.

Carrying out Survey of Land in NMC area by Differential Global positioning System (DGPS) / Global navigation satellite system (GNSS) Receiver Machine and preparing the computer drawing in AutoCAD GIS format of A0 Size / any required size as directed by engineer in charge, as per specifications mentioned in the detailed scope of work …..etc completed.

Providing concrete stones of size 0.2 X 0.2 X0.6 M at demarcated points for fixing boundaries of DP Road / Reservation / open space boundaries or any boundaries as directed by engineer in charge, as per specifications mentioned in the detailed scope of work …… etc. completed.

Procurement of Land /Revenue records such as TILR Map/ City survey sheets, Village Maps/7/12 Utara / CTS Utara / ULC map/ Tippan ……. etc. from revenue / land record department, scanning and computerization of above record, preparation of drawings in AutoCAD format for TILR / CTS Map/ Tippan departmental methods, plotting of such drawing in 1:1000 scale on A1 size sheet and submitting to land Record for checking as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drone survey of a land in NMC area shall be undertaken with a minimum Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) of 5cm. High resolution Ortho mosaic shall be submitted for this task. Please note that Drone Survey shall be undertaken only for properties of area more than 2 Ha. The done survey images are then processed in the software and preparing GIS layered AutoCAD drawing for submission…. etc completed. This item will be utilized only if, for the premises inaccessible, hindrances from local people for measurement from NMC.
