Earthwork excavation in soils upto SDR by mechanical means including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines , grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MoRT&H specification 301(5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge -Mechanical means

Construction of gravel sub-base by providing well gradedmaterial, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader onprepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN staticroller / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN capacity to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause402 MORD

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Construction of un-reinforced, at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregate confirming to I.S: 383,maxium in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher, using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125mm thick polythene film wedges steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shrives, rakes compacted using needle and plate vibrator and finished in continuous operation including provision of concrete and expansion construction joints, primer, sealant and construction of joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and specification clause 1501 MORD.

Collection, and supply and filling gravel including cost and conveyence of all materials from approved source to site, labour charges for filling , spreading, watering and ramming etc., complete complete. Side Burms.

Note : The contractor should engage Technical personel during execution of work failing which necessary amount will be deducted from the contractor bill. The labour cess @1% shall be deducted from the contractor's bill without adding to the workdone as per the Government orders. The 3rd party QC charges shall be deducted from contractor bill from out of over head charges loaded in data.

Lowering, Laying, Jointing and testing to hydralic test pressure including cost of water with minumum water lead of 50m for UPVC pressure pipes in ready made trenches true to alignment and gradient including all sundries but excluding cost & conveyance of pipes from source of supply and jointing materials as per BIS No.7634- Part III - 1975 . 200 mm Dia PVC pipes 10kg/cm2

Collection and supply of filling sand including cost and conveyance at site of work and labour charges for spreading , watering and ramming etc.., complete ( clause 305-89 MORD and 304 MORTH)(RBR-F NDN-2)

Manufacture, Supply and delivery of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated softsealing gate valves (Sluice valves) with bodybonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/ SG 400/12 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2- 1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846- 2000/DIN 3202 F 4. All the valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage. Drilled as per IS:1538.
