Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames ) exc. 1.5 sqm but n.exc. 4 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Material and labour For Pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour For Pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 2nd class Hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed

Material and labour 30 mm thick 2nd class H/W Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats

Material and labour 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair steel window with side hung shutters with projecting type hinges, 3mm thick 100mm long copper oxidised finish mild steel handle and 3mm thick 300mm long mild steel copper oxidised finish peg stays and with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded with applying one shop coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer before fixing including taking down old unserviceable steel windows form existing position and making good disturbed surfaces of walls etc in all respect as per existing specification all complete as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with end of bars, shouldered and/ or rivated, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, framed work for door and windows, railing and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165, Complete all as specified and as directed

Ditto as per item No 09 but with out glazing bars all as specified and directed.

Takingdown shutter of any description area exc 1 sqm n .exc 2 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description area n.exc 1 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Refixing of shutter in same opening of area exc 1 sqm n .exc 2 sqm each door shutter all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix wall ties, hold fasts hooks for hanging fans, boarding, wind tie,purlins and iron grill for window etc and similar small articles conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-250.

M & L for PCC(1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, cills, seismic and other similar bands, holdfast PCC bed, filling of hollow PS Door frame and the like complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS wire tube supplied and fixed in opening as per specification and drawing.

Supply and fix facory made solid panelled PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC's channel having PVC sheet trip of 20mm wide stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to gether with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame including butt hinges at site as per specification and drawing.

Supply and fix Mild steel butt hinges medium weight , clod rolled,100mm, ISI marked, complete all as spd .

Material and labour two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer to new wooden surface of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth as directed.

Supply and fixed galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm fixed nominal dai of wire and avrg widh of aperature 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staple complete all as spd.

Supply and fix Mild steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads

Supply and fix 3mm thick Sheet glass, ordinaly quality and glazing with oil putty or secured with wdn beads as required in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane

Demolition of brick/stone masonary work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. incl. racking out joints, hacking to key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4), and finishing surface even and smooth fair without using extra cement, with integral water proofing compound( Water proofing compound is used in only exterior 5mm plaster and used as per manufacturer instructions).

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6), and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone agg. as in coping/benching, pier caps, bed blocks etc. incl. necessary form work complete all as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in position in unframed work.
