Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Lettering with syntetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting of AAI logo (Blue Colour) of 450 mm height on the outside surface of the Operational wall / AAI Property / Boundary wall finishing with Enamel Paint as direction & instruction of Engineerin-charge.
