Supply, install, testing and commissioning, factory assembled silent diesel Engine driven generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 400 KVA/ 320 KW continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz +/-1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine specification complying BS 5514, ISO 3046 , IS 1460 , ISO 9001 , ISO 8528 & IS 13018.DG Set shall be water cooled mounted on Channel section iron common base frame with AC Alternator complete with fuel tank provided within canopy on base frame (Service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line and accessories, including PCC /RCC foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, vibration and damper pads (AVM), control panel and other accessories etc and comprising of the following:-

(I) Engine :- (a) HS Diesel driven 8 cylinder, in-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled with blower fan engine and fully controlled by Electronic Engine control module (b) Air handling system with dry type, Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator & Air to air aftercooler (c) Turbocharger, electrical lift pump for faster response (d) Fuel injection pump system with electronic governing (e) Dual fuel filter system: Pre & main filter including water separator and Water in Fuel sensor. (f) Integral set-mounted radiator system, designed for 50°C ambient temperature ƒƒ (g) Full flow spin on lube oil filter ƒƒwith plate type lube oil cooler. (h) 2 No of 12 V 150 AH DC lead acid batteries having 4 year warrenty with terminals and spare cables. (j) Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature ƒƒ (k) Bty charging alternator ƒ, 12 V DC Self starter, Fuel pipe C Class STIC of suitable size. (l) Emergency stop button (m) Compression ratio : 16.8 :1 (n) Bore and stroke :-130x150 mm

(II) Alternator :- (a) Brushless Excitation type, Screen protected, Revolving field, Self excited alternator conforming to IS4722,IS 13364 Suitable rated at 0.8 PF, 415 V- 440 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, at 1500 RPM, self excited and self regulated with AVR, screen protected, drip proof, suitable Insulation class, self ventilated for engine as mentioned here in before (b) 3 Phase reconnectable copper winding with terminals brought out for connection ƒƒ (c) Sealed bearings for alternator (d) Having IP 23 Enclosure, H Class of insulation, voltage regulation ±1% (e) unbalance load capability :- 25 % of rated current.

(III) DG Control Panel :- (a) Control panel is made up of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for weather-proof consists of the following parts :- (b) Micro processor based DG Controller module system to set monitoring, metering and control system with LCD display such as the following parameters:- Control System : Digital AVR, Digital electronic governing & Remote start-stop ƒƒ Engine metering: : Oil pressure, Coolant temperature, Battery voltage, Engine speed ƒƒ Alternator metering : Line to Line Voltage and Line to Neutral Voltage, Current (single and 3 phase), Volt-Amperes (phase and total) and Frequency. ƒƒ (c) Aluminum bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/ outgoing terminals ƒƒ (d) Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’ ƒƒ. (e) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled ƒƒ. (f) MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. (g) CT of suitable ration-03 Nos (h) One set of instruments MCBs (i) Necessary PCC work

Engine protection: Low lube oil pressure, High/Low coolant temperature, Over speed, Bty Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to crank/ start, Sensor failure. ƒƒ AC Alternator protection : Over/Under voltage, Over/ Under frequency, Over current, Short circuit and Loss of AC sensing. ƒƒ Data logging: Engine hours, Control hours, Engine starts and upto 10 recent fault codes , 12 /24 Volt DC operation ƒƒ Sleep mode.

(IV) Silencer :- Silencer suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB(IV) as per latest global pollution standard. Mounting Arrangement and Fuel tank :-Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. ƒƒ Base frame with integral fuel tank having storage capacity not less than 8 hrs factory made HR/MS Sheet of suitable thickness is provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning

(V) Accoustic Enclosure :- (i) Designed to meet stringent MoEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 Mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. ƒƒ (ii) The acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets as per OEM shade and a structural/ sheet metal base frame painted in black ƒƒ (iii) High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (PU Foam) complying to IS 8183 ƒƒ (iv) Two point / base lifting for easy handling at site (v) Air inlet louvers designed to operate at rated load ƒƒ (vi) UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment (vii) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel ƒƒ (viii) Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure (ix) Inside illumination - 01 No - LED fitting of 10 watt

(VI) First fill of Lubricants, Coolant & Fuel :- (i) First fill of oil, coolant as per OEM recommendations and diesel during testing for 12 hrs as per CA provn. Note : (i) The following items are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG sets:- (a)DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Department.( b) PCC foundation for DG Set as per OEM instruction (ii) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (water load/Electrical load) for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (iii) Testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of Engineer-in-Charge (iv) One set of latest Spare part catalogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manual are deemed to be included in the offer. (v) All civil works including foundation for DG Set as per manufacturer's drawing/ specification. (vi) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for initial filling of radiator coolant and lubricating oil upto level (vii) The components i.e engine, alternator, panel etc of all the DG sets shall be procured from the OEM. (viii) Before delivery of DG set the inspection of the DG set shall be carried out at the workshop of OEM be the rep of the accepting officer, necessary arrangement for inspection shall be done by contractor. (ix) Engine and alternator of same make shall be preferred in case both are being manufactured by the same manufacturer or alternator as recommended to use by the manufacturer shall be allowed. No price adjustment on this accout shall be made and No misunderstanding on this account shall be entertained at later. Contractor quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this aspect. (x) The emmision standard parameters of DG set should meet as per specified in "The Gazatte of India" bearing No 11 Dec 2013. (xi) Rates quoted are deemed to be included foundation of DG set as approved by OEM. No extra payment for foundation will be paid to contractor.

Supply, Laying and connecting including testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil for underground cable/erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

M & L for Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

M&L for GI pipe light grade 80 mm dia for road crossing along with culvert /drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 100 mm dia for road crossing along with culvert /drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by true horizontal drill using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for cutting road/PCC of any type and make good with PCC 1:3:6 of 100 mm thick after necessary laying of pipe and cable complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32 x 6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs 0.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
