Taking down of wooden chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.50 Sqm & n.exc. 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down of wooden shutter of any description exc. 1 Sqm & n.exc. 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints of IInd class hardwood complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix for second class hard wood (Hollock) 35mm thick glazed and skeleton factory made shutter for door open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/gauze etc, size members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Sec 8, Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed .

S & F for 40 mm thick IInd class hardwood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for butt hinges mild steel, medium weight of 100mm size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 200 mm long (Length of bolt) mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 100 mm long mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 250 mm long (Length of bolt) mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness), size quality or description from wooden frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for 3 mm thick glass sheet area of each glass nexc 0.50 sqm,glazing with oil putty or wooden beabs incl., hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or steel frame or brick surrounds, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix for Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Sl Item No. 13 here in above but wire cloth fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for solid PVC door frames of size 50mm X 47 out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheets reinforced with MS Square tube supplying and fixing in openings as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter With Particle Board Core, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix for aluminium tower bolts 150mm long, of extruded section complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fix for aluminium handles 125mm long, cast type, anodized complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for butt hinges mild steel, medium weight of 100mm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; hold fasts, framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new or old previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises up to 1 KM complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles (300x300mm)x7to 8 mm thick as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. Incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 etc. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622 : 2006, Group 'B' II with average water absorption between 3 % to 6 %,Length,width and straightness of sides + 0.10 %( max deviation ),Thickness +5.00 % ( Max,deviation), centre and edges curvature and warpage =0.50 %( Max deviation).Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95 % tiles shall be free from vsisble defects. Note:- shade of the tiles including colour,design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE(I) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles (400x400mm)x7to 8 mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and painted in white or coloured cement to match. Incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300 x 450 x 7 to 8 mm thick,as in dado etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1: 4 , set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS 15622:2017, Group 'B' III with average water absorption between 10 % to 15 %,Length,width and straightness of sides + 0.20 %( max deviation ),Thickness +4.00 % ( Max,deviation), straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15 % (Max deviation),surfaces flatness +0.22 % ( Max deviation),Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95 % tiles shall be free from vsisble defects. Note:- shade of the tiles including colour,design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE(I) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel 25 x 5 mm flat iron for hold fast confirming to Fe-410 -O etc complete all as specified and directed.
