Illuminated National Flag Mast( City side) Design and Supply of 30M High Flagmast. Mast shaft shall be in Three telescopic sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 i.e. (Amended up to date) including lighting Arrester. Mast shall be suitable for Indian Tri Color Flag Size 30Ft X 20Ft. System for Raising Lowering of Flag along with twin dome light. It shall have double drum winch, 2 nos. 6mm dia Galvanised wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag with twin dome light. Supply of dome for flag mast but without canopy. Supply of avaition system with 5C x 2.5sqmm Cu armoured cable. Painting of 30M Flag Mast PU painting of Highmast shaft with a coating of etch primer, primer and PU paint (Factory Painted).

Supply of hot dipped galvanized foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates as per design requirment of OEM confirming to latest updated IS/BIS (FOR 30M FLAG MAST).

Design & Supply of 5M high hotdip galvanised octagonal pole suitable to mount 1no. LED 500W flood light fittings at top with suitable mounting arrangement over existing foundation.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washers anchor plates and templates as per design requirment of OEM confirming to latest updated IS/BIS etc. (FOR 5M POLE).

Supply of non- integral LED flood light luminaries type 350W alongwith suitbale arrangement & supports for mounting luminary with driver, IP66 complaint for flag equivalent to (BAJAJ CAT NO. AMPL F 600L WH NB-A3 TG SD).

Supply of national flag of size 30Ft X 20Ft in 100 percentage knitted Polyester (140gsm), with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope/toggle sleeve.

Supply of suitable size dust & vermin proof out door type, IP-54, floor mounted Mast Feeder Pillar Panel on cement contrete/ MS channel foundation, fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet and suitable size MS angle complete with detachable gland plate and front hinged door locking arrangment duly powder coated of approved shade as per manufacturer drawings/ SLD, required MCB/ Contracters/ Auto manual switch/ MCB LED indicater lamp/ Suitable capacity Busbar as requir rating, accessories including connection, inter connection, wiring with minimum 2.5 sqmm flexible copper wire & provision for earth connection etc. complete as required. Panel shall have 2KVA UPS suitable to work on 200v- 230v,50Hz input and 230v, 50Hz out put along with SMF VRLA batteries to provide 30 minutes back up time and as per technical specification, preferred list of make etc as required. UPS and battery shall be accomodated in the control panel with proper air ventilation including provision of housing for item no.13 i.e. Surge Protection Device. i) 63A, 35KA FP MCCB incomer-02 nos., On load changeover FP, 63A-01 no. ii) Control system for Raising/ Lowering of Flag-01 no. with one additional wired remote control for Raising/ Lowering of Flag. iii) 45A TP contactors operated through 24 hrs. timer switch for automatic switching of luminaries along with Auto/ Manual selctor switch- 01 no. iv) 16A, 10KA, DP MCB- 04 nos. & 10A, 10KA, SP MCB-06 nos. to feed the luminaries & aviation light. v) LED type indicating lamps with toggle switches. vi) Suitable capacity overload relay & single pjase preventer.

Design & Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the 30 m flagmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity 10T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth at site or as per SBC required as per soil investigation /test report which ever is higher side with all materials and labour as per IS code/ specifications ammended up to date at required depth as per soil investigatio etc. i/c Excavtion,Steel,RCC,Shuttering,Back filling complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection of the flagmast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials.

Installation, testing, commissioning of the mast feeder pillar (Item no. 7).

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including exavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 4.5 meter and upto 6.5 meter.

ITC of Non-integral LED upto 500W, Flood light fittings with mounting arrangement as required on 5 mtr. Height octagonal pole including wiring with 3Cx2.5 sqmm. Flexible PVC insulated copper conductor cable from the fixture to control box through the pole.

Supply & Installation of Surge Protection Device Type 1/Class B with IP 65 Thermoplastic Enclosure Tested as per IEC 61643 Part 11:2011 in the main panel with following specification: Nominal voltage -230V 50/60Hz and MCOV ≥ 255 V

High Mast Items Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of high mast system, height 16 M with its accesories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS-875 ammended up to date. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope 6 mm dia (SS) with raising and lowering system, luminaries carriage suitable to install required nos. of LED Light fixtures with its accissories in Asymmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, trailing cable, connector, junction box, lightning finial/Arrestor etc. The mast shall have an integral power tool motor, manual handle installed inside the base compartment for its operation.

Providing and fixing of hot dipped galvanised foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template (as per design requirements of OEM standard confirming to latest IS/BIS/).

Design and Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the 16mtr highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqMeter at 2.0 metre depth or as per SBC required as per soil investigation/test report whichever is highjer side. Job also includes all materials and labour as per latest IS code, soil investigation/testing, Excavation of soft soil, Steel, RCC, Shuttering, Back filling, complete to satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply of 350 W LED Flood Light luminaire with IP 66 protected, die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant diffuser and MS powder coated bracket suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete as required suitable for Apron High Mast.

Installation, testing and commissioning (ITC item no.s 4) of 350 W LED Flood Light luminaire including wiring connection complete in all respect in feeder pillar and mast junction box MCB in base compartment and thereafter to each luminaire.
