Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 400A, 36KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic release with O/C & S/C protection, with extended operating handle, RYB phase indicating lamps controlled by MCBs, ON & OFF indication lamps housed in a suitable wall mounting type sheet steel enclosure made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet with powder coated, suitable space to accommodate 3.5C x 400 Sq.mm Aluminium Cable end terminations and suitable to receive 3.5 C x 400 Sq.mm Cable by providing spreaders/busbars with sufficient clearance at either side of MCCB (i.e., bottom & Top) and with gland plates etc., complete as required.

Design, fabrication, assembling, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of TTA UPS Output LT panel floor mounted, free standing, conforming to IEC 61439, suitable for 415 V 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalised design of Form 3B and ingress protection of IP42, from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers,3 mm thick for gland plates, with hardened transparent glass front door having mechanical impact witshtand conforming to IK10, i/c cleaning and finishing complete as per OEM process for powder coating in approved shade, extendable type TPN aluminium alloy busbars of high condectivity in colour coded heat shrink PVC sleeves, extended rotary handles for switchgear, DMC/SMC busbar supports, with bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm X 50 mm X 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earthbar of size 25mm X 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth studs, solid connection from main busbar to switchgears with require size of aluminium busbar & control wiring with FRLS insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates i/c accessrories as per specification and providing switchgears, metering instruments etc. as per specifications. Supply of 3.5C x 185Sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to relevant IS 1554 / IS 7098 with upto date amendments etc, as required.

Supply of 3.5C x 240Sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to relevant IS 1554 / IS 7098 with upto date amendments etc, as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 x 185 sq.mm of PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 x 240 sq.mm of PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying On surface of one no. PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 95 Sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm as required.

Laying In the existing RCC Trench/Hume Pipe/Stone ware/Metal pipe/Masonary open duct of one no. PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 95 Sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm as required.

Laying On surface of one no. PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sqmm upto 400 sqmm as required.

Laying In the existing RCC Trench/Hume Pipe/Stone ware/Metal pipe/Masonary open duct of one no. PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sqmm upto 400 sqmm as required.

Supply & laying of 6 SWG GI earth wire along the cable length etc. complete as required.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Meter long etc. with charcoal or coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections with clamping etc as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Meter long etc. with charcoal or coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm Copper strip on surface or in recess for connections with clamping etc as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm Copper strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Three phase Surge protection (MOV, plug in type) capable with Neutral Earth of carrying nominal discharge of 100KA (block MOV), 8/20 micro second surge, protection level of 1.5KV in IP55 grade enclosure, complete with suitable safety circuit breaker, base interconnection with copper cable, end terminations etc., as per specifications enclosed (First stage protection to be provided at power entry point) Make : Tercel

Providing of earth pits material using ISOGEL earth enhanced compound of 20kgs. ISOROD advanced chemical earth rod made with k type copper tube of 2.5” dia., 8fts. Long, 1.6mm thick installed vertically or horizontally as per the site conditions complete with flanges bends top cover heavy duty plastic inspection chamber including excavation and refilling etc as required. Providing and fixing of copper tape/strip of size 25x3mm onsurface/existing pipe for loop earthing for site earthing and bonding etc., as required in 40mm dia GI pipe i/c supply and laying as per site requirement.

Supply and Fixing of nominal 2.0 mm (Width 1 Mtr) thick PVC synthetic, electric insulated mats conforming to IS 15652-2006 along with suitable adhensive/ chemibond, i/c providing water proofing of floor, (chipping of floor if required) sealing of all joints etc., as required.
