Material and labour for water proofing treatment to existing RCC roof slab including preparation of surfaces,side projections, parapet etc comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 kg/sqm , over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces,side projections. Material and labour for 10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane and mangalore pattern tiles, add WPC @3% of cement weight incl WPC , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Polymeric membrane,manglore tiles & WPC shall be will be measured and paid separately)
