Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within intial lead & lift of 50 m and 150 respectively complete as per direction of the Engineer-inCharge as per approved specification

16mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of brick masonry wall with cement mortar of mix (1:6) using portland stag cement (IS 455) with inclduing raking out joints to a depth of 12mm, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all materials, conveyance loading and unloading, all taxes and royalities, all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

Distempering two coats inside walls with approved make distemper ao approved shed on new work to givean even shed including cost of all materials with taxes, all labour, scaffoldings, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-inCharge as per approved specification. Ground Floor
