M&L for angle iron, Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapeas directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, Barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any standard rails straining bolts ncluding securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:Each wireof wire will be measured for payment.

S&F Concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil made from High tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon wire Conforming to IS - 4454 [part-1], of Grade - SM duly hot dipped Galvanised, 600 mm dia, 10 meter openable length, with galvanised coating and punched type material as per IS-513, having 50 Nos Rounds per 6 meter length [before stretching], having medium barbs [barb length 24+/1 mm, pitch between two barbs 35+/- 1 mm], spring core wire [2.5mm length] of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape [0.52mm thick] and weight 43.478 Grams/metre and fixing to "Y" or tropezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with Px compound [Anti rust] complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Preparing newly untreated surfaces, of steel and applying a two coats synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces incl necessary prepartion, width or girth exc 10 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall bw covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and botom rail on either side & as gap insert for tip rail & bottom rails; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame weloded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement. suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Removing the existing roof treatment completely ,roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per squaremeter all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.
