Cleaning of running sewage lines 100 mm to 300 mm dia from manhole to manhole by manual / mechanical rodding, removing all sludge / waste and making the line functional including disposing of all sludge / waste etc (in covered tanks) outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning & desludging manholes depth not exc 1.0 m, of any size & shape by removing all sludge / waste etc from the manholes and finally cleaning with fresh water including disposing of all sludge / waste etc (in covered tanks) outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pumping out sewage water from the blocked manholes/ Septic tank for any depth for cleaning the existing sewage line through diesel pump set 7.5HP & disposal of sludge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of heavy blockage sewage line above 3.0 m depth by mechanically operated jetting machine with pressure water supply. Note: The contractor shall remove the sewage/ sludge and other foreign material from the site by machanical equipment etc or by way or other any mean to outside MOD land in covered vehicles ie Veh required for tpt of foul matters/gas etc and shall be disposed off complete all as specified and directed.. The site shall be left by the contractor in neat and tidy condition before claiming his payment.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150 mm dia (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete), set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slab for manholes/soakage well and similar works supported on walls set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement steel will be measured & paid separately.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping, benching and like including weathering, slightly round or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/ stone work /PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exc 10 cm in width (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall, pillars and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 mm thick of size exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic joint free floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectanguler) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exeeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 450 x 7-8mm / 450 x 350 x 7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and granite laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N / Sqmm (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer chemical coating on top surface, over white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials (Cement concrete any description, bricks, stone slab and tiles, bricks dust or mud etc) to any distance beyond MD land the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations complete all as specified and directed.
