Taking down Exhaust fan of any make, type and sweep and disconnecting electric connection and keeping in safe custody for repair.

Taking down carefully aluminium or copper submain wiring with PVS surface conduit or casing caping and making good disturbed surface complete.

ML for dismantling of Exhaust fan of any sweep of any make, cleaning throughly, servicing of fan motor and parts fitted their in, oiling greasing to bush / bearings, replacement of unserviceable parts incl rewinding if required, applying two coats of grey synthetic enamek paint over one coat of primer on fan blades any body, reassembling, testing and fixing at site complete all as directed.

S&F galvanized unwelded pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall of thickness 1.2 mm covered with phenolic laminated white sheet cover 3 mm thick in renewal of wooden meter boards of size 250mm x 300mm x 60mm deep for fixing energy meters complete

S&F LED wall washer aluminium soft rounded corners and white colour of light in both the directions IP 44 ratings for both uses in interiors as well as exteriors complete with 7 watt LED luminaries including connecting all as directed.
