Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering all as directed.

Demolition of PCC block walling/brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick, 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard Core (Broken stone /boulders) , broken to gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and ramming to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1(using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring 75mm thick finished surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 above but fixing only complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.80mm, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying tiles in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x450x7mm/350x450x7mm thick over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete solid block masonry 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate)with solid block exc. 10cm in width setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in external surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in internal surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plaster surfaces of walls and apply two coat of Cement based paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plaster surfaces of walls and apply two coat of Cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.
