Taking down existing street /flood light fittings carefully (any capacity/any type) from pole/ Building carrying out necessary repairing at E/M yard and re-fixing into the existing location including replacement of unserviceable/ defective spare parts (LED Driver) and removing existing green buses, tree small Branches complete all as specified and directed . Notes:- (i) Spare parts shall be Measured under supply only item expect minor spare parts such as screws ,nuts, bolts, washers etc., shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. Tools, ladder required to carry out the work shall be provided by the contractor. (ii) Contractor will ensure that the safety of the workers employed at his own risk. (iii) Contractor shall provided Skilled ITI Electrician and Produce the Certificate for the same before commencement of work.

Taking down existing garden light fittings carefully (any type) of post top lantern, carrying out necessary repairing at site and re fixing into the existing location including replacement of unserviceable/ defective spare parts (such as lamp, holder etc,) cleaning of acrylic cover with detergent and replacement of internal wiring with two runs of PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable from fittings to connector block and testing after re fixing at site complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) New Spare parts retrofit holder, LED bulb shall be measured under supply only. Tools, ladder required to carry out the work shall be provided by the contractor. (ii) Contractor will ensure that the safety of the workers employed at his own risk.

Taking down in Repair to High Mast light 15/12 Metre Height complete down the assembly and check the all light fitting and Replacement of the unserviceable parts (LED Drive) and other materials found rusted, changed with new Spares and clean all the fittings make serviceable complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under supply only items expect minor spare parts such as screws ,nuts, bolts, washers, etc, shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.)

Supply and fix GI bracket for street light fitting made out of 40 mm dia medium grade pipe bend to 120 degree angle shape, drilled holes etc, 1.5 metre long with clamps, nuts, bolts etc, including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty, aluminium conductor electric cable 1100 Volt grade of 4 core16 Sqmm in duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs etc., including taking down of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per Serial item No 05, but for size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning and filling of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for filling dry sand as cushioning for underground cables complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Punned thickness shall only be considered for the Measurement purpose).

Material and labour for common burnt clay bricks sub-class 'B' designation of size 230X115X75mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed

Cutting into existing bituminous carpet road/PCC hard standing upto a depth of 30cm for laying of UG cable/GI pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing one complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LED Street light fitting 1x60 Watt pressure dia cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame with IP-66 Protection complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair LED Street light fitting 1x70 Watt pressure dia cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame with IP 66 Protection complete all as specified and directed.(Make:- Havells Cat Part No ENDURA CITYLINER NEO SL 70W LED 757PASYBOTG or Equivalent in Philips/Bajaj).

Supply and fix in repair LED Flood light fitting 1x50 Watt RGB pressure dia cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame with IP 65, IK08 CLASS 1 protection complete all as specified and directed. (Make: - Cat Part No LFLR50 of LUKER or Equivalent in Havells/Crompton)

Supply and fix in replacement LED post top lantern die-cast aluminium spigot for mounting LED driver and spun aluminium canopy which is painted white inside, epoxy powder coated matt black finish after phospho chromate treatment and light source of High efficiency long life LED module with SMD LED package mounted on MCP CB and viewing angle of 116 degree suitable for mounting with OD of 70 mm max with 3 Nos hexagonal screw etc of capacity 15 watts WH/WW complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement of white colour Doom of any size for Garden light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Painting to steel tubular pole of any height, size with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surface, marking pole number as existing size of 50mm height in black colour with yellow back ground in round shape of diameter maximum up to 150 mm complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour for Cement Based Painting to Concrete pole of height 7 metre, marking pole No as existing, size of 50 mm height in black colour with yellow back ground in round shape of diameter maximum up to 150 mm complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of wiring with two run of PVC (FR) insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm drawing through PVC conduits with continuous earth wire PVC (FR) insulated cable of size1.5 Sqmm connected to earth including all conduit accessories complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Two run of sub main wire, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC Conduit pipe measured as one unit).

Supply and fix in repair junction box made of thermoplastic of size 126x228x111mm with IP 65 protection including cable connector and MCB brackets with suitable size of clamps fixing for pole/in PCC foundation including taking down old unserviceable fitting complete and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old rusted unserviceable Garden light fitting pipe of any size, removing from existing location and re fixing with 40 mm GI pipe Medium grade 3 metre Long with and including repair to existing PCC foundation of size 30x30x45cm by using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, connecting existing cable to the Junction Box, garden light Fitting and make serviceable, complete all as directed. (Note: - Earth Work/PCC work shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted)

Supply and fix 50 mm bore steel tubes, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to garden light or fix on wall/floor as laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair analog time Switches 24 Hrs programmable every 1.5 min with Backup 100 Hrs as per Cart Part No TA926453 of make Indoasian or equivalent in L&T/Havells.

Supply and fix in repair three pole power contactor 65 Amp, coil voltage 230V, AC as per Make: Indo Asian cat part No 850176 or Equivalent L&T/Legrand.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB FP, 63 Amp, 50KA, as per cat part No 830370 of Make Indo Asian or Equivalent in L&T/Havells.

Supply only lamp holder PVC/Poly carbonate with cord grip cap suitable for pendent fittings complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Post top lantern mounting pole 60mm OD made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for retrofit LED lamp 10/12W B22 base of Make Havells Mushroom (Prismatic) LHFXAMN1TN6F035 or equivalent in Wipro/Bajaj.

Materials and labour for Earthing as in repair complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected with galvanised strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/taking down of steel tubular pole/RCC pole of any size by cutting from foundation by means mechanically or manually complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
