Periodical Maintenance

OD71710/2022-2023: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 80 HP Slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board,etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter and slip ring unit, replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump and starter ( excluding motor rewinding ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .
