PILE FOUNDATION

Boring for bored cast insitu piles of 500mm dia to 20m in soil and getting out and disposal of soil to a distance of 50m using DMC (Direct Mud circulation) method all as specified and directed. Note: Depth of pile measured from pile level as shown on drg.

RCC M30 Design mix as per IS 456 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cast in situ bored pile of 500mm dia all as specified and directed.

RCC M-30 design mix as per IS-456 with using 20mm graded aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, undr-reamed piles cap and mass concrete etc all as specified and directed.

RCC M-30 design mix as per IS-456 with using 20mm graded aggregate for columns, pillars,piers posts and struts all as specified and directed.

Providing CRS TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips equal complete all as specified and directed.

Providing CRS TMT Bars 5mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips equal complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (Type D2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, pile caps and similar work, vertical or to batter rough finished all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and walls for fair finished surfaces all as specified and directed.

Exacavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and n exc. 1.5m depth for foundation in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Exacavation in trenches exc. 1.5m wide and n exc. 3m depth for foundation in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, incl. spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, incl. bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10kg each brackets, conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 (brackets over 10kg each to be measured under structural steel)

Testing of pile(Initial Load test) for 500mm dia cast insitu all as per IS including mobilising and removing the testing equipment from site after testing is completed all as specified and as directed

Testing of pile(Routine Load test) for 500mm dia cast insitu all as per IS including mobilising and removing the testing equipment from site after testing is completed all as specified and as directed

Conducting Integrity test on RCC pile completed all as specified and as directed

Conducting standared panetration test all as per IS-2131 at levels and locations nas directed for 500mm dia and more cast in situ piles
