Taking down dismantling unserviceable Street/Security light fitting of any wattage or size from existing LT/HT electric pole or bldg for repair/replacement of burnt/worn out accessories and refining after repair/replacement of all parts all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable Street/Security light timer of any type with its enclosure including steel brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED street lights aesthetically designed roadway luminaries with excellent thermal management 45 watt IP- 66 of Make : Crompton CAT Part No. LSTP-45-CDL-M or equivalent in Bajaj/Syska including connecting in existing circuit with flexible wire 2 core 2.5 Sqmm Aluminium conductor 1.5mtr long all as specified and directed.

S & F LED street lights aesthetically designed roadway luminaries with excellent thermal management 72 watt IP- 66 of Make : Crompton CAT Part No. LSTP-72-CDL-M or equivalent in Bajaj/Syska including connecting in existing circuit with flexible wire 2 core 2.5sqmm Aluminium conductor 1.5mtr long all as specified and directed.

S & F 40 mm dia bore galvanize iron pipe light grade, bent to shape of length 1.50 mtr with flat iron clamp of size 50 mm x 6 mm nuts and bolts of 12 mm dia 100 mm long including washer duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat or red oxide primer on mild steel surface including preparation of surface including and fixing on pole /wall, complete all as specified and directed

M & L,for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 with CI cover 10mm thick of size 300x300mm with charcoal dust and common salt complete and earth lead connected to panel including testing complete all as specified.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections including testing complete all as specified.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sq. mm four core nominal cross section in stranded conductor including testing complete all as specified.

Excavation, in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying cable/pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n exc 50 m and depositing, where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

M & L for supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 2, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: The depth of sand shall be measured after punning only)

Supply and laying in repair GI pipe 50 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting three strip alternative layer width 20 mm with black , Yellow , Black of radium/photosinthetic paint on steel tubular poles etc after preparation of old surfaces on coping of pole, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting two coats of aluminium paint on steel tubular poles from GL to top, and brackets, MS clamps, cross arms, etc., after preparation of old surfaces including numbering of poles, after paint on coping of poles, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for flood light pressure Die Cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary with IP66 protection, efficient high output emitter LED 120 Watt 230 volt, 50 Hz. Make Crompton (Cat part No. LFLE-120-CDL/60M) including testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for flood light pressure Die Cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary with IP66 protection, efficient high output emitter LED 80 Watt 230 volt, 50 Hz. Make Crompton (Cat part No. LFL-80-CDL/60M) including testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F polycarbonate cable junction box IP-66 empty box without mounting plate (with transparent lid) of dimension 168mm x 253 mm x 115 mm (Cat part No. KG 9202 IN Make Hensel), complete with all fixing accessories including testing all as specified and as directed.

S & F of street light panel 6 KW load withdigital 24 hr timer with contactor 32Amp/TP along with MCB 40 Amp , SPN complete all as specified and as directed Make :- Havells Cat part No IHXSS01060 or equivalent in L & T / HPL/Siemens as approved by GE

M & L for energy saver shock, proof, cool day light LED 6500 K light fittings 22Watts / 230 V AC including connection in existing circuit and testing complete. Make: PHILLIPS CAT No. LEDPL-L 4P or its equivalent as approved.

S & F cable junction box GFS polycarbonate, weather proof, UV resistant rainwater proof, halogen free glow wire test in accordance with IEC 60695-2-II 960˚C flame retardant self extinguishing suitable for cable size upto 10 Sq mm, IP-66 with terminals, complete in all accessories, testing all as specified and as directed. Make: HENSEL CAT NO. KF 1010 B or its equivalent.

M & L for street circuit wiring along with earth wire with the following size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor 2x 2.5 Sq mm x 1 x 1.5 Sq mm earth wire, single multistranded cable in surface/recessed in suitable size of PVC conduit including testing all as specified and directed.

Supply in repair 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular stranderd conductor 10 Sq mm including testing complete all as specified and directed.
