Excavation in foundation trenches etc.in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work both in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering/dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . a) Foundation,footings and bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts in square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

c) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like, floor etc. upto any thickness.

d) Stair cases with slopping or steped soffits excluding landing.

e) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto any depth in all heights from any floor level.

f) Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) , partitions and the like including attached pillasters ,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

f) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls in any width.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement: four sand: eight graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:5:10 ( one cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm.(Forty millimetre) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Autoclaved Cellular Aerated concrete blocks masonry 225 mm thick confirming to IS 2185 (III) 1984 Bonded together with polythene based mortar and finished with 12mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (One cement : six sand) thick on both sides complete upto floor all level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing angle iron cupboard frames frames manufactured from M.S.Angle iron section 25X25X5mm (twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre) thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 25X25 mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with washabele synthetic distemper ofApex/Altek/Asian or its equivalent brand on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth i/c applying of putty a required for making the surface as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

White washing with lime on decorated wall surfaces(one coat) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar drops and loose scale of lime wash and other foreign matter. the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other forein matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint with wood priming pink of approved brand and manufacture (Nerolac/Asian Shalimar) conforming to IS: 3536-1966 brushing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
