Providing services for manning and operation of machineries installed in centralized AC Plant installations at 15 WEU Kanchrapara with 01 Ref Mech (skilled) per shift of eight hours in three shifts per day comprising of compressor-03 Nos, Hot water generator with 02 Nos pump, Evaporator-03 Nos, Condensor pump-03 Nos, chiller pump-03 Nos, with microrocessor based control panel, stand by DG set as per directions given by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Time of Shifts (a) 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (b) 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (c) 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

Providing services for manning and operation of machineries installed in water supply installation at Dharampore Pump House with One operator FGM (semi skilled) per shift of eight hours in three shifts per day. Service shall comprise of following: (a) Operation of Submersible pump/booster pump (b) Operation of stand by DG Set (c) Operation of chlorination system and water treatment system incll water filling to over head reservoir. (d) Supply of water to users through distribution line by operaion sluice valves complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Time of Shifts (a) 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (b) 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (c) 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

Providing 02 men (semi skilled) to take the meter reading work-services including the following:- (a) Noting and recording readings (using manual or reqd software) of elecronic meters of any type and any capacity located at the different consumers premises (commence wef 1st of each month) e.g. Md Accn of offrs, Single Accn of Offrs, Md Accn of JCos/OR, OTM, MES/Civ qtrs situated at Barrackpore and Kanchrapara Cantt. (b) Entering in users meter reading cards also entering in a separate register held with (Meter Reader Book) duly signed by the users of respective premises. (c) Feeding the recorded reading data to central computer and after processing/updating reading, preparing electric consumption reports/returns of each consumer as per reqd format and submitting the same to BSO, Sub-Div, GE Barrackpore (Barrackpore & Kanchrapara Area) upto 10th of each month or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The periodicity of billing shall be 10th of each month) (d) Testing and calibrating of all type of meters of any capacity complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (e) Duty of each shift per day per person of eight hours. Timing of duty 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for manning and operation of Sewage treatment plant 350 KLD at Dharampore area with One operator FGM (semi skilled) per shift of eight hours including operation of chlorination system, cleaning of Pump and all accessories installed at plant including sluice valves in two shift per day below complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes No2:- Time of shifts:- (a) 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (b) 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs
