Demolition of any old unserviceable roof treatment of any description including roof tiles/ padding etc.to expose the RCC slab of roof, cleaning,washing & rubbing all as specified and directed.

Applying Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding (average thikness 50mm thick) complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L 10 mm thick screed bed with CM 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finish even and smooth surfaces using without extra cement applied on padding concrete when concrete is stilll green, Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for cleaning and reomoval of existing treatment and all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) using 100 % coarse sand on roof / parapet walls with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre/Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (c ) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kgs/Sqm over primer. (d) Supply and laying of 3mm thick (Minimum) polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kgs/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with help of torching with proplane or abutane gas using torch with minimum 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap as per manufacturers instructions. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 10.20 Kgs/Sqm . (f) Blinding with dry coarse sand @ 0.50 to 1.0 Kg /Sqm dusted over bitumen. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted Rates. Security from total amount of roof treatment work.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for screeding or screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L vitrified ceramic duble charged tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and as specified and directed.
