Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 04 No's K4/M30 or higher - Tested and crash rated (in either directions) “Electro – Hydraulic Retractable bollards (for 06 Mtr wide road) in complete as a system” along with all related connections for main approach road / operational vehicle gate comprising bollards of 800mm height(Minimum) and 220 mm dia (Minimum) made up of heavy steel cylindrical weldment along with all other accessories like provision of Manual operation during power off, safety interlock detector, Self priming sump pump for draining water, Hydraulic Power Pack/Unit with accumulator, "control and logic circuit ” in a weather proof enclosure with provision for integrating with external Access control system like loop detectors, crash pads etc. if any, with an Axle load bearing capacity of Road/Base plate of 20 tons (Minimum), Operational alerts /System alerts with Blinking LED, Audio signal during Operation, including civil foundation work etc. complete as per site requirement and meeting the technical specifications etc. complete as required. (Crash rating test certificate from accredited authority shall be submitted by bidder)

Laying of one number of 63 mm Dia (outer dia) size of Double Wall Corrguated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) for protection of 1.1KV grade under ground cable direct in ground at a depth of 80 cm Including excavation and refilling the trench and jointing the pipes etc., as required.

Supply of following size cables of grade 1.1 KV, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended upto date. 4C X 35 Sqmm

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. complete as required.

Suppying & fixing of single arm bracket made of 1.8 mtr length GI tubular pole of size 40 mm on surface clamped with suitable GI flat clamp for fixing of street light fixture complete etc as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED light fixture of all above types, complete with all accessories etc. directly on ceiling/ false ceiling /wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing with felxible conduit etc., complete as required

Installation, testing and commissioning of Wall mounted fan including providing all supporting and fixing accessories and connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with CI cover plate, watering funnel with wire mesh, reducer etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level in 15 mm dia medium class GI Pipe for conductor earth electrode, including excavation, connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. complete as required

Providing and fixing of 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along the cable etc,. Complete as required.

Supplying and laying of following size 50 mm dia medium class GI pipe (ISI marked) along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench after laying but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Excavation of existing Bituminous/ Concrete road to facilitate laying of GI pipe including disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead and providing & layinjg in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 Graded stone aggregated of 20 mm nominal size all works up to plinth level to fill up the excavated trenches after laying of the GI pipe complete above as required.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenanace contract(AICMC) of 02 sets of Hydraulic bollards (As mentioned in BOQ item No:1 & 2), 02 No's Boom barriers (As mentioned in BOQ Item No: 3 & 4) after completion of defect liability period including all spares and consumables, carrying out quarterly routine maintenance checks, preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM recommendations etc. as Special Conditions of the contact. First Year -6% on Total quoted amount of BOQ Item No-1,2,3 & 4 (after Completion of DLP of 01 year)

Second Year-6% Escalation on 1st year Amount of AICMC (after completion of DLP)
