Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings incl ridges complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position fixed with nails as in eaves board complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any places complete all as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre

Taking down chowkats or frames but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 2 Sqm each

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and including beading, screws, nails etc or glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5sqm in each pane.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes ( Or similer holes) each n. exc 0.5Cum, getting out,returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layars n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good the disturb surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 ( 40mm graded aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B of all specified and directed.

Cutting holes exc half brick but not exc one brick built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar.

S&F steel ventilator top hung sutter with box type hinges ,bottom panel fied incl peg stay lugs handle and glazing bar complete incl one shop coat of red oxide primer.

S&F mild steel bar for rungs, steps etc confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) all as specified and directed.

M &L for one coat of white wash on old decorated plastered wall surfaces after preparing the old surfaces.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

M&L for preparation of new or untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not exc.10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-22 mm thick laid over 15mm thick screed base in cm 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab/tile including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3, mixed with water proofing compound ,as per manufacturer’s instructions finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as “supply only”).

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curve on plan exc 6 m Mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curve on plan any radius in half Brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 .

M&L providing 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using (40mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor finished rough without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) in floor finished even and smooth with using extra cement all as specified.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto

S&F 20 mm thick second class hard wood planed one side boarding with butt joints fixed with nails in any situation (except flooring & skirting) like eaves board , board under valley gutters etc complete all as specified and directed,

Material & Labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed

Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

S & F air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with fixing socket including dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground

M&L for Galvanised Iron strip 32 x 6.0 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc on walls for ring main of earthings above ground all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Test point terminal block in repairs made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection ISI marked with all fixing accessories laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PVC supports of size not less than 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm for holding Aluminum strip of roof & down conductors including fixing arrangements with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, FRLS type drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit (ISI marked) of adequate size and its accessories with sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes of size 1.6mm thick, with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light or one fan point controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor cable (multistrand), FRLS type, PVC insulated and unsheathed with colour code earth wire connected to common earth dolly at one end and metalic bodies of luminaires/ fan at other end complete as per site requirement and all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Unit rate include for cutting chases for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to wall, floors etc.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof rotary switches with cable in LM - 6 single pole, ON - OFF 16 Amps .

Supply and Fixing of Flameproof cum Waterproof LED Bulk Head light fitting of 15W, IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size. all as specified and as directed.

M& L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.0 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32mmx6mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1 ½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40mm bore including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 4.0 Sqmm (36/0.30mm) PVC copper stranded cable FRLS type for one 15 Amp 5 pin socket outlet point including PVC cable 4 Sqmm FRLS type copper stranded conductor as earth wire as specified & connected to common earth & earth terminals including boards for mounting purposes

Supply and fixing Socket outlet 3 pin, 16 Amp, flush type complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of room window type air conditioner,single phase driven tonnage class of 1.5TR,BEE star rated 3,rotary type compressor,air flow(super high) CFM 500.Dimension(660 x 430 x 805).Complete all as specified and directed. Make : Hitachi Model No-RAT518HUD or equivalent make of Blue star/LG as approved by AGE (I).

Supply and fixing of submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded flexible copper conductor 1100Volts grade, FRLS type, cables 6 Sqmm drawn through in and including rigid PVC heavy duty 25mm dia concealed conduits including 6 Sqmm 1100Volts grade, FRLS type, PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to common earth terminals complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Two runs of cables and one run of continuous earting cable drawn in conduit/ casing and caping will be measured as one lengt of sub main. (ii) PVC conduit / casing caping and its accessories is deem to be included in this item rates. (iii) Unit rate include for cutting chases for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to wall, floors etc.

Supply and fixing sheet matal encloures with plug socket single pole and neutal with two pin and earth plug and with one MCB of 20 Amps (SP) complete all as specified .

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
