Pl quote cosidering the size 24". Pl go through the specification in detail as under alongwith the tender sketch. SPECIFICATION OF SPEED LIMIT BOARD (Size - 24") The specification of the Speed Limit Boards shall be as under: High Intensity Prismatic Retro Reflective Aluminium display made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet with polyurethane colour coated for weather and industrial fumes resistance and long performance life. The board shall be of multi coloured as per attached drawng. The High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Reflective Sheeting would be suitably comprised of Polycarbonate, Acrylic Polymer, Polyester, Light stabilizer, Adhesive & Liner (PP) in appropriate proportion. The panel display shall be provided with extra weather proof overlay for stand out in any weather condition. Display : SPEED LIMIT - (25 KMPH ) (in capital letter). Circular in shape as shown in the attached drg.for reference. Size of the board : 24" (inches) diameter (Kindly ignore the size mentioned in header text) Display Type : Both sides (2 Nos. of above mentioned boards to be fixed with one frame) BACK FRAME & STAND FOR THE ABOVE SPEED LIMIT BOARD Back frame shall be made from 2"(inches) square MS tube with polyurethane colour coated & stand made from 2"(inches) dia x 9'(feet) length MS pipe with polyurethane colour coated with black and white zebra marking.The gauge thickness of the stand pipe shall be 3mm. The purcahse requisition includes procurement of Speed Limit Board along with its back frame (as per attached drawng in Annexure I, Item no. 10). The Party Shall get final design approved from F&S before manufacture of the board

The panel display shall be provided with extra weather proof overlay for stand out in any weather condition. - Design of the board shall be as per the attached drwg. (Annexure-I, item no. 20 "EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT" shall be written on the board. - The board shall be numbered from 1 to 15 - The board shall be of reflective type. - BACK FRAME & STAND FOR THE ABOVE ASSEMBLY POINT BOARD - Names for Assembly point board coordinators & Alternate co-ordinators of all 15 boards will be provided after placement of PO. Back frame shall be made from 2"(inches) square MS tube with polyurethane colour coated & stand made from 2"(inches) dia x 9'(feet) length MS pipe with polyurethane colour coated with black and white zebra marking.The gauge thickness of the stand pipe shall be 3mm. The Party Shall get final design approved from F&S before manufacture of the board

Technical specification of Triangular safety sign boards with informatory road signs (shown in annexure-I, item no. 30) is as under: High Intensity Prismatic Retro Reflective Aluminium display made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet with polyurethane colour coated for weather and industrial fumes resistance and long performance life. The board shall be of multi colored as per attached drawing and size shall be of 2 feet long side. The High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Reflective Sheeting would be suitably comprised of Polycarbonate, Acrylic Polymer, Polyester, Light stabilizer, Adhesive & Liner (PP) in appropriate proportion. The panel display shall be provided with extra weather proof overlay for stand out in any weather condition. - BACK FRAME & STAND FOR THE ABOVE INFORMATORY ROAD SIGN BOARD: Back frame shall be made from 2"(inches) square MS tube with polyurethane colour coated & stand made from 2"(inches) dia x 9'(feet) length MS pipe with polyurethane colour coated with black and white zebra marking. The gauge thickness of the stand pipe shall be 3mm. - General arrangement of informatory sign board with stand is shown in Figure-2 of Annexure-II of Attachment. - The actual number of sign boards in each category will be decided by IOCL (the total numbers of boards required will remain firm). The Party Shall get final design approved from F&S before manufacture of the board

Technical specification of Rectangular safety sign boards with mandatory/ informatory road message as shown in attached Annexure-I, Item no. 40is as under: High Intensity Prismatic Retro Reflective Aluminium display made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet with polyurethane colour coated for weather and industrial fumes resistance and long performance life. The board shall be of multi colored as per attached drawing and size shall be of shall be of 2 feet X 1 feet. The High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Reflective Sheeting would be suitably comprised of Polycarbonate, Acrylic Polymer, Polyester, Light stabilizer, Adhesive & Liner (PP) in appropriate proportion. The panel display shall be provided with extra weather proof overlay for stand out in any weather condition. - The board shall be mounted on the post of mandatory/ informatory road sign below the sign board as shown in Annexure-II of technical specification. No separate post is required for this board. - The actual number of sign boards in each category will be decided by IOCL (the total numbers of boards required will remain firm. The Party Shall get final design approved from F&S before manufacture of the board

Technical specification of Circular safety sign boards with mandatory road signs (shown in annexure-I, item no. 50) is as under: High Intensity Prismatic Retro Reflective Aluminium display made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet with polyurethane colour coated for weather and industrial fumes resistance and long performance life. The board shall be of multi colored as per attached drawing and size shall be of 2 feet diameter in size. The High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Reflective Sheeting would be suitably comprised of Polycarbonate, Acrylic Polymer, Polyester, Light stabilizer, Adhesive & Liner (PP) in appropriate proportion. The panel display shall be provided with extra weather proof overlay for stand out in any weather condition. - BACK FRAME & STAND FOR THE ABOVE MANDATORY ROAD SIGN BOARD Back frame shall be made from 2"(inches) square MS tube with polyurethane colour coated & stand made from 2"(inches) dia x 9'(feet) length MS pipe with polyurethane colour coated with black and white zebra marking. The High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Reflective Sheeting would be suitably comprised of Polycarbonate, Acrylic Polymer, Polyester, Light stabilizer, Adhesive & Liner (PP) in appropriate proportion. The Traffic convex mirror shall be made up of fine quality polycarbonate and feature shall include the following : 1. It shall be made of one peice fine quality polycarbonate lens (dia minimum 36 inch) and back with unbreakable glass fibre enforced plastics. 2. It shall have 130 degree viewing angle. 3. It shall be of light weight and damage resistant. 4. It shall be of secure fixing type with adjustable swivel and mounting bracket for infinite adjustment. 5. It shall not be affected by any type of light rays. 6. It shall be provided with polyurethane colour coated stand made from 3"(inches) dia x 9'(feet) length MS pipe with black and white zebra marking. You have to supply the assembly of individual mirror with stand in a ready to grout manner with a provision of cross member (angles)at the bottom of stand pipe.
