OD203944/2024-2025:Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 315 KVA, 11KV/433V Indoor type unitized sub station of IP class 54, with cast resin Transformer with 11KV VCB mechanically ON/OFF on H.T.side, and TOD Meter,Metering CT and PT ,with Top/bottom entry cable box .The LT Portion Shall include 1No 630A 4 pole 50KA isolation duty type MCCB with microprocessor based release with overload setting of 50-100% with inbuilt earth fault relay suitable size Neutral CT with MC12 Relay on L.T. side. The HT portion consists of 1No 11KV, 630A, 350MVA VCB with 2 o/c relay with high set element one E/F relay with DC trip with interlock with main switch and mechanical ON/OFF, shunt trip coil for the remote operation. TOD metering facilities consists of 3Nos....../5A (or suggested by KSEB) 15VA, 0.2class accuracy cast resin CTs, 1No 3 phase 3 Limb 11KV/110V, 10VA, 0.2 class accuracy cast resin PTs. with protective fuses. 1No TOD meter 1No TOD meter test terminal block,(TOD meter and CTs, PTs unit compartment shall be so fabricated. So as to enable the KSEB authorities to seal it) and including arranging testing and installation of the same with KSEB testing Division. Transformer Portion consists of 315 K.V.A , 11 K.V/433V, 50 Hz, Delta/Star connected cast resin insulated copper wound transformer. The core shall be made of high grade grain oriented silicon M4 steel lamination insulated and oxide layer and outside of the core shall be protected against corrosion by epoxy resin finish. Class 'F' insulation level shall be maintained. OFF load tap changing facility shall be incorporated so as to achieve tap positions of +5% to -10% in step of 2.5%. four channel Temperature Scanner with 4 nos Sensors, annunciator and trip mechanism shall be provided. The Transformer shall confirm to latest IS and ECBC standards. The maximum allowable loss limited to values designated by ECBC Norms . All inter connection from HT Side to transformer and to LT Side shall be given using electrolytic copper bus bar insulated with heat shrink sleeves and tinned at the point of contacts. All internal earth connections are to be given as per standards. Necessary protection shall be made for giving cable connections on the HT side as well as LT side. Phase barriers and shrouding as per rules has to be given. The enclosure shall be fabricated from 2.00mm CRCA sheet, complying with of IP 54 standards and shall be powder coated over a coat of Zinc chromate primer after seven tank processing and phosphatizing. The USS shall be installed as per the directions at site.
