SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (BUILDING WORK)

Construction of 4.2 M high Ammunition lab (RCC Framed Structure) with VIFT all around the bldg (all three sides and front side) including traverse earth filling, RCC Retaining wall for VIFT portion , toe wall , dwarf wall and including 4 M wide front side loading and unloading platform & verandha, 1.2 M wide two sides platform, ramps, gravity rollers, plinth height 1.2 m , including plinth protection with PCC saucer drain all around the building etc in accordance with STEC pamphlet - 3 complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed. Note :- PQC road and hard standing at front side of building and PCC saucer drain all around the VIFT traverse area shall be measured and paid separetaly under respective Schedule.

Construction of 4.2 M height RCC URP building block (RCC framed Structure) for 04 x URP chamber (Every chamber size 14 m x 14 m x 4.2 m) in one block with URP blast wall for Each door ( size of RCC blast wall 10 m x 30 cm x 5 m height) including three sides - 3 m wide loading and unloading platform , two side ramp, steel doors , plinth height 1.2 m in accordance with STEC pamphlet - 3 etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed. Note :- (i) URP Drawings as CFEES/URP HD 1.3/50 MT/ 4.2 ht Sheet No. 152 to 165. (ii)The drawings mentioned above Note (i) will be followed for the four chamber only including platform , ramps, blast wall for four chamber etc. (iii) The crumple joint will be given between of the third and fourth chamber in the URP building with 3 M wide platform between both chamber. (iv) Total Length = (3 m wide platform+ first chamber + second chamber+ third chamber+ 3 m wide platform including crumple joint + Fourt Chamber+ 3 m wide platform)) (v) Road and hard standing and drain all around the URP building shall be measured and paid separately under respective Schedule.

Construction of Double storey Main fire station building (RCC Framed Structure) including appliance bay , open repair bay with inspection pit , ramp & sanitary annexeure etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Construction of Garage for 40 x Scooters (RCC Framed Structure) including ramp etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Construction of Garages for ALS & Exp Van (RCC Framed Structure) including ramp & apron etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Construction of Garages for 2.5 Ton & Water Browser Vehicles (RCC Framed Structure) including ramp & apron etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Construction of Garages for MG & FLT Vehicles (RCC Framed Structure) including ramp & apron etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Construction of MT Store , Lubrication oil and Grease store (RCC Framed Structure) including ramp & sanitary annexeure etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Construction of Petrol Store (RCC Framed Structure) including ramp, platform , three sides sand filling etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.
