Supply, fix in pole LED Street Light Luminaire 200 Watt aerodynamically designed complete with driver, Pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP66 protection, new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life fixed with & including bracket made out of 40mm dia GI tubing light grade 1.5 mtr long bent to shape with all accessories, suitable size of clamps / nut / bolts washers for fixingthe bracket in poles and connect electrically complete all as specified and directed. Make of fittings- Crompton, Cat part no -CRP-410-200-57-SL-GL-HR-NGG-A or equivalent in Philips / Bajaj / Havells /Wipro

Supplying, fixing, erecting steel tubular swaged pole type 410, SP-22 (8.5 mtr long) confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS: 1161 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts,nuts and screws with two holes for drawing conductor between pole box to street light fitting and including painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete including erecting the pole on concrete surfaces by suitable size of anchor bolt after drilling holes of concrete floor, grouting the anchor bolts with chemical grout all as specified & directed .

Supply and fix Astronomical Digital Timer Switch (Having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory) 240V single pahse of 20 Amp rating with contractor fitted inside steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed. street light timercomplete all as specified & directed including taking down old one.. Make : L & T Cat no. GIC Astro Mini T2DDT7 or equivalent

Supply and fix PVC junction box, outdoor type weather proof with provision of hole at bottom for cable entry, hinged door with locking arrangement, of size not less than 200mm (L) x 100mm(B) x 300mm (H) fixed to pole with MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers complete including one 3Ph 4 pole connection block complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in cable trey or fixing or passing through pipes or fixed to floor / wall / pole, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables (conforming to IS :1554(Part- I) / IS 7098 (Part- I) with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix twin core 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded PVC insluated and sheathed copper conductor cables to connect from junction box to street light fittings through inside of pole and connectedcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe 40mm bore for cable protection complete all as specified and dircted.
