Execution of work under following items:

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling of cemented platform constructed surrounding tree trunks at various places and throwing away the debris outside of monument premises as directed etc. all complete.

Demolition of RCC overhead water tank in the garden area carefully and throwing away the debris outside of monument premises as directed etc. all complete.

Provision of excessive non used stone shifting from the premises by way of tractor trolley (from Galteshvar to Pavagadh Sub Circle Office) including loading, unloading and transportation charges etc. all complete as directed.

Removal of debris lying surrounding the boundary area by way of tractor trolley and throwing away the monument premises including loading, unloading, transportation etc. all complete as directed.

Provision for supply and laying of PVC pipe 150mm dia. in proper gradient laid over the PCC base average 30 to 45cm deep below the ground including earthwork excavation for the same for draining of rain water outside of the premises as directed etc. all complete.

Provision for removal of cemented pointing laid over the walls and applying of lime pointing in LSS (1:1:1) mortar including all materials, labors, transportation charges etc. all complete as directed.

Construction of brick masonry steps in CM (1:4) for easy movement of visitors on southern side of temple including all materials, labors, transportation charges etc. all complete as directed.

Laying of PCC (1:3:6) in the base of masonry steps / staircase including all materials, labors, transportation etc. all complete as directed.

Making, supply and fixing of 50mm dia. GI Pipe railing on both sides of steps including all materials, labors, transportation etc. all complete as directed.

Repairs to broken / damaged chain link frames fixed over the dwarf wall (by taking out the chain link frames, making proper repairs such as welding of ms angles, replacing of chain link mesh and refixing over the dwarf wall in line and level including all materials, labors, transportation charges etc. all complete as directed.

Making, supply and fixing of MS Gate at entry of the monument including all materials, labors, transportation, fabrication charges, two coat of oil paint over one coat of primer etc. all complete as directed.

Applying of two coats of cement plaster over the walls in CM (1:4) at entrance of monument including all materials, labors, scaffolding charges, transportation charges, curing etc. all complete as directed.

Provision for supply and fixing of flood lights over the MS pole 20 feet high on temple platform and on corners of garden including all materials, labors, wiring etc. all complete as directed.

Construction of low height stone masonry platform surrounding tree trunks and laying of stone cladding over masonry steps in cement mortar (1:6) and pointing with the lime mortar (1:1:1) with all materials, labors, transportation charges etc. all complete as directed.
