Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5sand: 10graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres In cement mortar lead including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing Course rubble hammer dressed 'U' shape open surface drain with side wall. 15x22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) and inside plastring with cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement:3 Sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 Sand : 10 graded stone aggregate) of 40 mm nominal size) and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level.Masonry work (second sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete ring with bricks of class 600X600 mm size including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/L Pine wood ceiling up to a height of 5 m above floor level,including first class kail wood strips frames and all accesories complete as per IS specification & as desired by the EIC including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Installation of Electric work i/c one ceiling fan, two box led lights, Board, heating point wiring complete as desired by the EIC including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter and windows, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in?charge.Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood 35 mm thick shutters including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/L factory made chamfered edge cement conc. Paver block in footh path , parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/ shape / make by table vibrating method using PU mould laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compected bed of sand , compecting and proper embending / laying of interlocking paver blocks in to sand bedding layer through vibrating compection by using plate viubrstor filling the joits with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 80mm thick CC paver block of M-30 grade with approved by HPPWD (NTC/Ashok Panjla Tiles/NTCCI/Pooja Concrete Fabricators, M/S Dalal Tiles Pvt. Ltd.) with approved color design and pattern.

P/L stone soiling hand packed with interstices and spall under floor complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
