Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) of HPCL/BPCL using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (Zero Point two seven five killogram) per Square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.complete including haulage/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads , lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 53-22.4mm ( fifty three-twenty two point four)millimetre to water bond macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading –III as per technical specification clause 405 By manual mean complete including haulage/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetres) compacted thickness Bituminous concrete with bitumen of grade VG-10(Viscosity Grade-ten of M/S Indian Oil Corporation Ltd,M/S Total Oil India Pvt. Ltd @ 5.5% (five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and cement filler @ 3% (three percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH producing on average output 75 tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required, grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications MORTH 2013 Clause 509 complete as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.
