Repairing of LHS Broken Arm Eye Hole & RHS Cracked Arm Eye Hole :-

Scope of Job :- 1. LHS broken eye hole portion gouging and cleaning by grinding. 2. Rejected cylinder eye cutting for welding- 01 no. 3. Preparing the cutting eye hole as per size by gouging and cutting. 4. Aligning the eye hole as per required size by special tools and tackles. 5. Cracked portion of RHS eye hole gouging and cleaning for welding. 6. Both eye hole plating for strengthening.

Industrial gas for cutting the plate 4’’× 4’’× 10 mm -06 nos. and 4’’×4’’×10mm-10 nos. and making ‘’L’’ type as per required size

Low hydrogen electrode for plate reinforcement

Repairing of Trunnion cap :-

Welding electrode E-1105 or eqv. For rebuilding the trunnion cap

Grinding as per requisite size
