The bidder shall be a authorized service provider/any other contractor/agency who has carried out the similar works at any Power utilities/Govt. organizations/Public Sector undertakings/Reputed organizations in the last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) upto the date of the tender. In proof, bidder shall furnish work order copy of value not less than 1.52 Lakhs and satisfactory completion certificate of the Order issued by competent authority. Work orders of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.
The bidder should have an average annual turnover of Rs.3.03 lakhs in any two financial years out of the last five financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. The agency should furnish profit & loss account duly signed by Chartered accountant. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year.
