SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast concrete block masonry with solid block exceed 10 cm in width, type C-1, 1:3:6 (usiing 20 mm gaded stone aggregate) setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame/ Baluster (Precast frame/Baluster shall be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for precast cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) interlocking designer pillars/ Balusters (Size- 100 x 100 mm) set in Cement Mortar 1:4 for fixing louvres and jallies including necessary mouldings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exceed 500 metre but not exceed 1000 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceed 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Use and waste of formwork to the sides of concrete footing, base of columns, plinth beams and similar work for vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of beams, bands and the like for rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Use and waste of formwork to the sides of rectangular columns for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 11 here-in-before, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour RCC M-30 (Design Mix), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour RCC M-30 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in Beams and a like, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour RCC M-30 (Design Mix), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete/stone masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) ornamental and intricate design framed work as in door, gate, railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fiixing the reailing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fastners, stainless steel bolts etc,. of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waiste slab with sutiable arrangement. steel polishing/buffing of existing stainless steel railing and like components including application oilve oil/cleaning agents on microfibre cloth as polishing agent and buffing the surface with mechanical means to get smooth and glossy finished surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
