Cost for repairing and overhauling of 300KW [Jyoti make] HSC C/F Pump set and changing of its bearing No.-22212-02 Nos, gland sleeve, check nut,pump shaft, bearing housing, nut bolt etc and doing complete assembly and testing on load.

Cost for all labour tools and technician for dismentling of 300 KW HT motor operated on 11KV 3 phase, 50c/s, rpm 1480 induction motor as per following scope of work:- Dismentling of motor , Stripping winding from startor core & cleaning of startor slots Hot spot test of startor core , Restagging of startor laminations , Restagging of startor laminations , Startor rewinding , VPL of startor winding , Rotor dynamic balancing at rated RPM , Motor reassembly , Routing testing at rated voltage , load testing of the motor at rated voltage

Cost for taking out both side bearing and S/F & changing of DE bearing NU 324M and NDE bearing No 6324M-1no, filling of grease etc all complete with materials and labour charge for 300 KW H.T. Motor

Cost for complete dismantling checking and doing complete rewinding of 300KW/400 HP (11KV) motor with required materials including labour charges after deducting scrap materials including transportation charges up & down.
