Finshing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work(two or more coats applied @3.84kg/10sqm

Cement concrete flooring1:2:4 finshed with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete,but excluding the cost noising of steps etc complete.50mm thick with 20mm N/size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel door,windows,clerestory windows,all complete with 4.0mm thick glass panes

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan(indian type w.c pan)with 100mm sand cast iron P OR S trap 10 liters low level white PVC flushing cistren including flushing pipe with manually controlled device(handle lever conforming to IS:7231 with all fitting and fixtures complete including cutting making good the wall and floors wherever required
