Hire charges for erection and removal of temporary Dias at a height of 60 cms to 120 cms (2' 0" to 4' 0") from the floor/Ground level using MS pipe vertical supports with adjustable jockey and four sides supporting MS pipe bracing and top covering 19mm ply wood laid on M.S pipes frame work and should be made with out undulation. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for erection and removal of wooden plat forms up to 60 cms (2' 0") height from ground level made of benches, stools or wooden benches / planks etc., of required size including providing necessary supports and steps as directed during execution. The platforms should be level top and fixed firmly with each other with necessary verticals, cross supports, screws, nails , coir rope etc., The rate is including hire charges ,conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for erection and removal of flat/sloped roof M.S pipes pendals using 40mm MS pipes for verticals . horizontals and roof supports etc., fixing with, special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps) , extra horizontal bracings should be provided from at 2.40 m to roof level and jointing with special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps)for horizontal bracings and column roofing including earth work excavation in all soils (Except rock requiring blasting) to a depth of 0.40m to 0.60m. The vertical posts are to be fixed strongly with out any shaking. The roof shall be covered with G.I sheet/Aluminium sheet/Galvalume sheet and firmly fixed to the purlins etc., complete as directed during execution .The rate including conveyance and hire charges of all materials such as MS pips, Clamps, G.I sheet/Aluminium sheet/Galvalume sheet etc. and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete . Hire charges for providing White ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustavam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when torn out by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost .The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges of colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of the Festival/ Function etc., and the colour carpets should be cleaned every day and to keep neat appearance as directed during execution. Hire charges for supply, spreading and removing of PVC chairs including loading and unloading. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward,against theft and fire accedents, repairs and replacement etc.,complete during the said period. Hire charges for providing Plastic/Aluminium/Stainless steel water drums of storing capacity not less than 200 Ltrs including loading and unloading. *The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for supply of steel dinning tables of size 1’6” x 6’0” including loading and unloading. *The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for providing of stainless steel hand wash trough with minimum four taps with necessary waste pipe and fittings for draining waste water including loading and unloading, erection etc. *The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with M.S. frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/CC road/B.T road )with base anchors made with MS angle/channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading ,erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution.

Hire charges for providing three Seater VIP Sofas as decided by the department, including conveyance, loading and unloading etc. complete. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for providing of banquet chairs for VIPs including loading, unloading, transportation etc., complete. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for supply, erection and removal of ornamental decorative side curtains of size 18’ X 10’ or any other suitable size with frills and jallars including conveyance charges etc.,. complete. The Side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days , if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. Hire charges for erection and removal of side curtains with white / colour design cloth and required frame work including using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., complete. The rate is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete .The Side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days , if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. Supply of Man Mazdoors for fixing of M.S. Pipes, during Utsavams procession etc., as directed by the during execution.

Hire Charges for erection and removal of steps and Landing works using country wood/ Sliver Wood planks of required sizes &thickness using runners, reapers and nails for fixing etc, as directed during execution and spreading Red /Green Colour Carpet on Steps, Landings along with two sides hand rails of required height made with M.S.Pipes and fixing with suitable Clamps without any shakes, etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of Hire charges, conveyance of all materials such as Planks, reapers, Runners Nails, Clamps and Coir Puri as required for the work and labour charges for fixing of entire structure and removal carefully after completion of festival as directed during execution etc., complete but excluding cost of hire charges for supporting structure for steps, Landings etc., For each Festival/ Function. Note: Measurements shall be taken for Treads, Risers & Landings along the Centre line”

Hire Charges for MS pipes Scaffolding- using MS pipes of 40 mm diameter and Special Type Clams(“Nandu “ Clamps) and after completion of work/festival the Scaffolding should be removed carefully . The rate is inclusive of hire charges, conveyance charges of all materials and labour charges for fixing and removal after completion of the work/festival etc., complete . The Scaffolding measurements shall be taken as ‘Length X Average height’( One side of the Scaffolding only)

1.Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

2.Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

3.Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

4.The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

5.The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

6.Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

8.The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
