Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohabited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering whereever required,settling out to required lines,levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer in charge at site according to the HP.PWD specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed dumping charges of M.C. if levilled any to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, mechineries, tools, equipment and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transporation and used/removed as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidential charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:- All kinds of soil.

Providing & fixing structural steel frame ( for dry cladding with 30 mm ( thirty milimetre ) thick gang saw cut with manhine cut edges sand stone on walls at all heights using mild steel square/ rectangular tube in the required patteren as per Architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of mild steel brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame & embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1 : 2 : 4 ( One cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 300x230x300 mm ( three hundred into two hundred thirty into three hundred milimetre ) , including cost of necessary centring & shuttering & with approved expansion hold fasteners on cement concrete /reinforced cement concrete surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of zinc primer as approved by Engineer-in-Charge & painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint ( shop drawing shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before execution ). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontial & vertical lines/planes. (Quantity structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment ,stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately & nothing extra shall be paid ), including all leads, lifts, & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm ( two milimetre ) thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade new work ( two or more coats ) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint with of required shade new work ( two or more coat ) applied @ 1.67 litre/10 Sqmt ( one point six seven litre per ten square metres ) over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg /10 Sqmt ( at the rate two point two zero kilograme per ten square metre ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications,two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/ 10sqm( One point two five litre per ten square meter ) over an under coat including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/ 10sqm( zero point seven five litre per ten square meter ) of approved brand and manufacture complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10sqm ( zero point nine zero litre per ten square meter ) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm ( zero point seven five litre per ten square meter )of approved brand and manufacture complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10sqm( zero point nine zero litre per ten square meter ) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10sqm( zero point eight zero litre per ten square meter ) of approved brand and manufacture complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
