Making AAI logo of height 450 mm with cement plaster by using cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) projecting out by 12 mm thick on newly plastered surface of boundary wall and painted the same with blue color synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacturer to give an even shade using cutting stencil of acrylic sheet of 12 mm as per drawing and direction of Engg. - in - charge. Note: Other dimensions shall be worked in accordance with drawing.

Proving and applying / painting warning instruction of 'TRESPASSING AND PHOTOGRAPHING PROHIBITED' letter height 100mm (in bold arial font) on AAI perimeter boundary walls with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and maufacture of required color to give an even shade using cutting stencil aluminium 16 guage thick material , all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Carrying out soil investigation with all relevant tests as per the speciification attached in the tender document for boundary wall work to ascertain the requisite datas for structural design. The relevent tests shall be carried out through the specialized agency as enlisted by AAI or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The test report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge for carrying out the structural design through AAI's Structural Directorate. The spacing of the bore holes for Boundary wall work shall also be kept as 500m..

Providing and submitting the preliminary drawings, carrying out structural design, preparation of detailed structural drawing and developing working architectural drawings of RCC strcuture as per site requirement. The structural design and drawings shall be got vetted by IIT/NIT. The design and drawing so submitted shall be got approved by Engineer-in-charge before execution of work. After approval of structural design and drawing by AAI 5(five) set of Good for Construction" design and drawings showing all relevant details shall be submitted duly signed by the consultant. Consultant shall also submit any other details required relevant to the scope and completion of work.
