Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for Vitrified Tiles, Double Charged, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size exceeding 0.42 Sq.m and not exceeding 1 Sq.m, 10 mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE(I).

S&F glazed ceramic colour tiles 450x300x7 to 8mm thick over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on vertical surface such as walls, skirting, dado, set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white / coloured cement to match with existing surface make as a specified.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Machine cut slabs/tiles (colour/shade, desigh/pattern as approved by GE) work as in Skirting/dado/cladding jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixiture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Granite stone slabs (Black/Ruby Red) work (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms/floors bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones , bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement Concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in Plinth Protection, etc. laid in alternate Bays, finished Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F glass dividing strips, 3mm thick 38mm width inserted in position confirm to design, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface with broken stones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base flooring, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge precast glazed cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Cost of sand cushioning shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing 20 mm thick pre-polished decorative chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm, as in flooring over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with admixture pigment to match the shade, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The glass (3mm thick pin headed) is fixed to the frame in the lower section using extruded PVC section having a dimension of 9mm X 14.5mm (GL-19 PVC section) with EPDM gasket (SPL-003) for both the PVC sections. Ventilator's centre mullion made up of multi chamber hollow PVC section DWUF-406 (63.5mmX40mm) with EPDM gasket is used. M&L for Repairing to sunken floor to prevent leakage as per s per specification suggested by M/s Dr Fixit powercrete or its equivalent makes as specified in the particular specifications Surface preparation: (i) Prior to application of Dr fixit powercrite, ensure to clean the substract which should be free from all the dust, foreign particles, loose aggregate and oil grease etc, This can be done with the help of scarifying, grinding water jetting and sand blasting etc. (ii) The surface should be wetted well prior to application thoroughly with water to get SSD condition. (iii) All the depression or pin holes/pot holes to be repaired using Dr Fixit powercrete method mortar in mixing ratio of (1 kg cement: 1.50 Kg silica sand : 0.50 Kg of Dr Fixit powercrete)

Coating application: (i) Mix Cement with Dr. Fixit Powercrete in ratio of 1 : 0.50 (1 kg cement OP C53 : 0.50 Dr. Fixit Powercrete) by weight. (ii) The mix should be stirred thoroughly until smooth homogeneous paste is obtained (iii) Apply first coat over SSD /wet condition substrate (iv) Apply and unroll woven glass fibre cloth evenly on the wet coating before it dries out on larger areas (v) Using a nylon brush, apply one coat of Dr. Fixit Powercrete coating over the glass fabric so as to cover the fabric, allow 5-6 hours of air drying before application of another coat of Dr. Fixit Powercrete slurry coating over the surface. (vi) Provide polymer modified protective plaster of 15-20 mm thick over the coating to ensure safety from mechanical damage.

Curing: (i) Allow Dr. Fixit Powercrete coating to air cure for 3-6 hours after the final coat. (ii) Do not allow the rapid drying of the coating by covering the coating with help of polythene sheet in case of high humidity and windy condition. (iii) However, a moist curing after the air drying is advisable. (iv) Following the moist curing, Dr. Fixit Powercrete coating shall be allowed to air cured for 3 days before submerging it in water. Note: The above procedure shall be given from Dr Fixit Powercrete, any other equivalent make may also be incorporated as per their manufacturer instruction with the approval of GE(I).

NOTES FOR ITEM NO.106:- (i) The work shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the chemical manufacturers. Necessary documents to this effect shall be obtained from manufacturer and submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work. (ii) Contractor shall provide additional manpower, resources, preparatory work etc. required for execution of the work as required by the authorised applicator and safety measures for repair work. (iii) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of all the aspects. No extra claim shall be admissible during execution of work on this account.

M&L for sheet metal enclosure wall mounted type, Semi-concealed, cubical type, dust and vermin proof, suitable size made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, factory fabricated from CPRI approved manufacturer, with front openable door (with locking arrangement) and making compartment, cabinet and all members chemically treated with anticorrosive treatment and powder coated, suitable for mounting 1 x VTPN DB and 6 x Three Phase Energy meters pre-wired with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor (of adequate size), all incoming / outgoing connection to be made with copper lugs and copper strips, with provision of cable entry and exit at mid portion of the panel board (with cable gland) and two numbers Danger Notice Plate (of size 20 cm x 15 cm, suitable for LT line, made out of 0.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixing in position with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, etc., including fixing of tiles to match with the existing floor surface and any addition / alternation as required at site for errection of sheet metal enclosure, as in repairs, including taking down existing old sheet metal enclosure, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 4mm GI wire by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of GI and GI pipe 15 mm "Medium Grade" for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of credit amount mentioned on Page No.83 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
