Outsourcing for operation of Air Conditioning Installation fully computerized system at 115HU ( ALH ) for Annexie I & II, with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts per day for 8 hours each shift for seven days in a week comprising of the following Plants / Machineries / Equipments at AF Stn Tezpur all as directed:- (i) Chiller unit complete with compressor 66 TR. Make-Kirloskar - 04 Nos (ii) Primary chiller water pump 600LPM /hr. Make - Kirloskar - 04 Nos (iii) Secondary chiller water pump 600 LPM. Make - Kirloskar - 04 Nos (iv) Condensor Pump -04 Nos (v) AHU floor mounted type of capacities -08 Nos( Annexie I& II ) (vi) -do- but SCU ( suspended ceiling unit -03 No( Annexie I ) (vii) Control panel for complete AC plant -01 No (viii) Air compressor unit /Air dryer - 02 Nos ( Pneumatic air system) (ix) Borewell with 5HP submirsible pump set, MAKE -Kirloskar-02 Nos (x)Water treatment plant with with Iron removal filter , chlorine dozing pump. Outsourcing for operation of centeral Air Condition plant water cololed of capacity 80TRX3 Nos (including 01 No stand by along with DG sets) installed at Akash Missile complex, with min two operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts per day for 8 hours each shift for seven days in a week to operate the following plants and machinaries complete all as directed:- (i) DG set of capacity 750KVA,415 Volts,50 Hz AC-01 No (ii) AHU of capacity 160Tr centrral AC plant - 02 Nos (iii)Chiler water pump of capacity 7.5HP-02 Nos (iv) Hot water pump of capacity 7.5HP-02Nos (v) Herater of capacity 175KW-01No (vi) Chiller compressor -03Nos (vii)LT control panel board-02 Nos (viii)Ducts (ix) Operation of security lights switches as per time table Notes applicable for item Nos. 1 to 3 (i)The operator should record temperature, humidity for AC plant & daily DI details for DG set in the register as provided by contractor (ii) The AC plant operator must be qualified for operating the entire plant system (iii) Rate quoted rate is inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (iv) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time (v) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by center / state as on the last date of bid submission end date)
