Thorough Inside and Outside repairing and Rehabilitation Works of Simurali Rest House and other allied works inside the premises at Simurali compound.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.500 m.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work). With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof. Upto 150 mm. thick.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars.(a) In ground floor including roof.

Taking out carefully G.C.I. or C.I. or asbestos sheets (including ridges etc.) from roof or wall after unscrewing bolts, nuts, screws etc. and stacking the material at site as directed. (Payment to be made on measurement of portion of roof or wall removed.)

Dismantling carefully wood work in posts, postplates, rafters, partition etc., sorting and stacking serviciable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the workingsite and disposal of the same beyond thecompound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading intotruck and cleaning the site in all respect as perdirection of Engineer in charge

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, ceilings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
