SCHEDULE 'A' PART I:- (B/R Works) Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for taking down of existing sunken slab treatment from the sunken portion and removing of existing filling of sunken. Cleaning the surfaces washing down with water and rubbish off the premises. Cleaning and filling cracks with sealing compound, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and grouting 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) on sunken slab portion including filling of brick bats and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including applying two coats of acrylic cementious water proofing coating (Dr fixit pidifin 2k manufactured by M/S Pidilite industries or its equivalent) and followed by overlay protective screed 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 along with liquid water proofing compound approved make on top surfaces of sunken slab after preparation as mentioned above method of application for acrylic cementious water proofing coating is followed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of 25 mm thick as in levelling course for floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat for receiving finishes as skirting /dado complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /Rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm and not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement or pigment to match with the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350mm x 250mm x 7 mm / 450mm X 350mm X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in CM 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc, and cutting chases for concealed water tubing, or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth in brick walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix 20mm bore lead free unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 25mm bore lead free unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only plastic water closet seat cover, closed pattern with flat bottom and corner and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device. Note : Fixing charge included in rate of supply and fix of EWC item.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description, not exceeding 10cm in width or girth when un connected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc crome, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in exceeding half brick but not exceeding One brick walls in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc crome, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix health facet with CP flexible arm 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix brass chromium plated fancy type washing machine tap suitable for 15 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART I:- (E/M Works) Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100V grade multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories concealed in walls / ceilings including 1.5sqmm multi stranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common dolly including 2mm modular metal flush box and suitable modular white cover plate with frame and all as specified and as directed for one switch socket outlet 5 Amps on independednt board.

Supply and fix modular switch 1 way 6A 1 module complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.
