8559/E8 REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF EOT CRANES/HOIST HOOK AND ALLIED WORKS AT GARUD GARRISON AREA UNDER GE (EAST) BAREILLY

M & L for carrying out the following scheduled preventive maintenance for EOT crane upto 2 Ton capacity, 8 mtr span within minimum period of 3 month complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge:- Make: Pioneer Cranes (a) Check for worm collector shoes , sag in main runway wiring , ensuring contact to be kept through the entire length runway. Check alignment and relocation. (b) Inspect for wear of bridge and trolley wheel , flat sports and check in flange . Ensure drive wheels are of the same diameter. (c) Checking, cleaning the contacts of the controllers and control panel. (d) Checking the pin & bushes for wear of flexible coupling and proper adjusting. (e) Cleaning the plumber blocks and applying fresh grease. (f) Repair / servicing the push button station incl replaceing push button. (g) Cleaning and greasing the wrinch & rope assy. (h) Servicing , aligning & adjusting the limit switches. (j) Lubrication of all moving parts & apply fresh grease / gear oil (k) Checking the brake system & replaceing the wear out liners and aligning complete. (l) Checking, cleaning and servicing of the gear box assy with minor spares. (m) Carryout proper alignment of EOT crane for smooth functioning. Note: (i) Spares for crane if required will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) T&P required , rent of vehicle, crane, labour involved for shifting, lifting are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only the following spare parts:- Wheel tepper rollor bearing for EOT cranes (LT) 2/5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Gear wheels for EOT cranes 2/5 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Gear Shaft(MS) of dia up to 80mm for EOT cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Fuses (HRC) upto 63 Amps for EOT cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

3 phase electrical magnetic brake suitable for 2/5 ton EOT cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Pendent cable (2.5/4.0sqmm, 19/21 core multistranded copper cable) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

PVC sheathed multistranded flexible copper cable of 3 core x 1.5 sqmm 1100V grade for EOT crane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
